Un accueil discret & souriant, un ramen avec d'excellentes saveurs & une juste quantité.
Seul bémol, une climatisation un peu trop fraîche & quelques habits qui sentent la bouffe à cause d'un extracteur faible.
Bonne expérience, j'ai commande le ramen Tonkotsu. Très bon goût & la quantité est adéquate. Le service était excellent, serveuse accueillante & aimable.
J'avais lu une recommandation de goûter au ramen Tomato, & effectivement je n'ai pas été déçu. On a également été impressionnés par la rapidité du service en ce vendredi. Seul bémol : les prix des sakés sont délirants & prohibitifs. Dommage, on s'est donc abstenu côté alcool, mais sinon c'était un bonne expérience à refaire.
I tried the new vegetarian option - miso vegetarian ramen - & I was pleasantly surprised! The broth is smooth & flavorful, with a touch of (I think) garlic oil. Tofu was chewy & daikon was very well cooked. I think adding a crunchy veggie would make the dish even better. But overall, exceeds expectations!!!
Some of the most delicious tonkotsu broth I have had in years. Delicious fried chicken as well. Order was taken swiftly & food was delivered promptly. Great spot to grab a hearty lunch.

Délicieux & portions généreuses. Nous sommes des habitués des Sensotei à Ottawa & nous constatons la même qualité culinaire répartie à travers leurs restaurants. Malheureusement, j'enlève des étoiles ici en raison du service qui était quelque peu nonchalant, peut-être un cas isolé? Aussi nous devions parler anglais avec notre serveuse pour s'assurer d'être compris. On s'y attend à Ottawa bien sûr, mais à Montréal on trouve que c'est décevant. Mais, ça ne nous empêchera pas d'y retourner... Le repas était bon, le restaurant était propre, l'ambiance agréable & l'emplacement était super.
