Très agréablement surprise 😲 de cette adresse : j'ai été ravie par mes plats. Les gyozas, peut-être un peu grasses... mes ramen étaient très bonnes. Le gâteau au yuzu mieux que prévu. Par contre en hiver, il n'y fait pas très chaud, surtout au gré des ouvertures de la porte...nombreuses quand même...

I've been here at least 3-4 times so far & it's quickly becoming one of my favorite Ramen places in MTL. Although I'm more a fan of Kurobuta Izakaya or Kumamoto Ramen.. Sansotei definitely hits the mark for a good more affordable alternative for some tasty umami goodness. I probably would have given it 4 stars & a half if it were an option... The staff is efficient & welcoming but could be a touch friendlier. The menu is somewhat limited but gets the job done & is well-priced. Atmosphere-wise is unfortunately not as cool or Japonesque as other places...it's ok but nothing to write home about...the restaurant is awkwardly medium sized although most of the restaurant seems chopped off due to the insanely huge kitchen area.. the way that it's designed, makes the whole dining area this weird geometric thing... I don't know how to properly explain it... 😆 Sansotei is definitely a winner here & I'll be back for sure!!

Fantastic ramen. I had the Shoyu, & came back to try the black tonkotsu. Can't go wrong with either of those choices. The noodles have a nice texture & the broth is so flavourful. Definitely a place to try! Suggestion: Go with the thicker noodles
Best Ramen to date I've tasted, great atmosphere, quick service, & friendly staff, not sure you can reserve, but it does fill up quickly at eating time, I had a great experience.

The menu is very small so it's easy to choose. The ramen broth is delicious. Whenever someone mentions ramen, my mind goes here, this ramen. Maybe i need to try more ramen, but for real, this place serves excellent soup. The appetizers are less interesting, imo but I've not tried everything. The cheesecake is delicious but tiny. This place is always full, but it's got a cozy, comfortable atmosphere.
J'ai pris la soupe Tonkhotsu, Le porc & l'oeuf étaient bien cuisinés mais le plat en général était amer & même s'il ne l'avait pas été, il manquait d'âme. Pas de parfum, pas de succession de goûts, juste salé avec un goût d'oignon vert & de champignons. Dommage.
