Quick service, very friendly & welcoming staff. Interior is a little tight, like all good classical ramen shops: deal with it! Food was flavorful & delicious. Prices were acceptable for the food type in such a busy part of town.

I enjoyed the vegetarian Ramen I got here. A couple of dishes on the menu including less expensive options were not available. Total bill was around $30 for the veggie Ramen & a Sapora with tip.

I'm being extra picky, but compared to Saint-Bruno the food was a tinny bit less cooked: the noodle were a tad more firm & the pork just less roasted (tonkotsu ramen). The service was top notch, very very fast. I went to eat outside (this july) & it was nice. Though I would love to pay before eating because it wasn't clear if I needed to go inside to pay or wait for the waiter to approach me to do it. At the end of the day I went inside to pay. Very nice! I ate well.

Some of the best ramen we've ever had...the broths were full of flavor & great noodles with fresh ingredients, excellent service....the only downside is that seating is a little tight.

Superbe spot afin de déguster un bon ramen dans le quartier Place des Arts. Le Tonkotsu Black Ramen est tout simplement savoureux ! Le bouillon est riche en saveur & le char sir délicieux.
