The food is perfect for what it is. All the ingredients are cooked exactly as they should be. The eggs are soft boiled, the roasted pork is moist & the pork bone broth is deeply delicious. The mushrooms are sweet & spicy & the chili threads are just hot enough. I don't think the Ramen can actually be improved upon.
Ramen was delicious, & serving was quick & pleasant. Waitress was nice & welcoming. I would like to hear some lounge or japanese music on background, although we really enjoyed this place. Highly recommended!
J'avais envie d' un bon déjeuner nourrissant & copieux . Je décide alors d'essayer le Sansotei Ramen . J'ai choisi les ramen miso au porc. Savoureux ! L'ambience est excellente avec de la House Music downtempo chic.Le service courtoi est apprécié .En somme , j'y retournerai bientôt .
The ramen was above average but the bone broth did not seem as rich as I am used to. The noodles were also a little undercooked for me. Otherwise an above average ramen location with outstanding wait staff.
Nous y sommes allés pour manger des ramens sans grande conviction de la qualité de l'endroit & quelle surprise! Le restaurant ne paye pas de mine mais les ramens y sont tout simplement excellents. Ils sont chauds, très bons, réconfortants, bref tout ce qu'on leur demande. Le prix était largement raisonnable pour la qualité de la nourriture. Petit bémol, dans le ramen avec les pétoncle, 1 seul était présent dans le plat ce qui est plutôt léger. Cependant cela reste une vraie surprise & un coup de coeur. Nous recommandons chaudement ce restaurant.
Good taste & value for the price! I would've liked more taste in the broth. It seems to be missing missing the spicy mayonnaise that usually bring up the spice on the fried chicken. Oh well, it still is a good meal overall!

This is the best ramen place in Montreal by far. I had the Tonkotsu Black Ramen & the broth was so flavourful & not too salty, unlike other ramen places. The service was really quick so not much waiting. If you want to try an authentic tasty ramen, this is the place to go.
Arrived in Montreal on a cold day & decided ramen would be a good call. From all the good reviews I'm shocked that I didn't enjoy my experience. 1) the bowl is small, 2) there wasn't enough broth for the amount of noodles & 3) the noodles tasted like regular al dente spaghetti noodles which was super disappointing & 4) the broth was not piping hot. I've had better ramen. Service & people were nice though.
