Review Summary

Salon Rosie-Lanoi is described as a cozy, charming tea room in Pointe Claire Village with a warm, unhurried atmosphere. Afternoon tea and high tea are frequent highlights, featuring loose leaf teas, a traditional three-tier service, delicate scones, and monthly country themes that keep the menu fresh. The food and drinks are praised for quality and freshness, with standouts like flavorful savories and sweet treats, and a popular tea cart that lets guests sample multiple blends. Service is consistently noted as friendly and attentive, and the space is often described as welcoming, intimate, and beautifully decorated, with some reviews mentioning privacy for groups or private events. The space is said to be best enjoyed with reservations and offers convenient parking, with many guests returning for repeat visits and celebrations such as showers and birthdays. A few comments mention that portions can be modest for high tea and prices are on the higher side, but most describe the overall experience as excellent and worth returning for. Overall, Salon Rosie-Lanoi emerges as a standout destination for an unhurried, country-inspired tea experience with evolving menus, a strong tea cart option, and attentive service.

Good service, radiator was not working but they still tried to keep the place warm during the winter. We were near the entrance so we got the draft when people came & went, but it wasn't that bad. (Hence the 4/5)

Tea was really good, & everything is seasonal.

The food is pretty good, but it is high tea, so don't expect huge portions. Still, the quality was high.

Washroom was clean, there's fresh towels in the washroom for you to use. They provide slippers in the winter.

Service was good, & it had a very cute ambiance.

Adorable, wonderful staff & high quality food & drink.

Probably the best scones I have ever had in my life! They are so delicate & flaky, served with classic butter, cream & jam. The butter was even in the shape of flowers.

Tea is loose & high quality.

We went for a private party & they were so attentive & the punch bowl was a work of art & delicious.

Definitely recommend if you're in that end of town!

Beautiful, cozy tea salon owned & operated by lovely people, with great taste! Food is delicious & big selection of teas.
I am a long time fan of tea time at the Ritz & the quality of this food & tea is at par. Very well done ladies!

Came here to celebrate my birthday (group of 6). Everything on the tower (this month's theme is Egyptian) was delicious.
For the tea cart, the Egyptian tea was nice & smooth. The Ceylon tea was pretty strong, & the white tea was very herbal. Mint tea was typical. I enjoyed the pomegranate Bellini.
The server corrected how I said Ceylon although as someone of Sri Lankan descent & can use Google, it is suh-lon not say-lon.
I asked for water for the table at the beginning but didn't get it, it was a hot day out too. It was only offered at the end & the bottle wasn't refilled when it was empty. We asked for menus at the beginning while we were waiting for people, but we got the list of non-tea drinks instead. They could have just told us they would explain when all guests were there & that we can check the website in the meantime.
The staff are very passionate & the quality is there though.
Pastel decor, giant plushies, & cute china definitely add to the charm. There are a few public parking lots close by which helps.
Overall I think my friends enjoyed it & would consider coming back for another theme.
