Nadine & Christine are wonderful hosts. They're sweet, attentive, & consistently provide a great service. The food is delicious & they have a wide selection of teas; I especially love the tea cart option of being able to try 3-4 different teas throughout a service. I am always looking forward to my next visit!
Beautiful, cozy tea salon owned & operated by lovely people, with great taste! Food is delicious & big selection of teas.
I am a long time fan of tea time at the Ritz & the quality of this food & tea is at par. Very well done ladies!
Great toddler-friendly high tea!
The food was fantastic the Egyptian high tea menu was delicious, so was the pomegranate Bellini mocktail. Menu is well thought out & made with care.
Staff was friendly & attentive & very patient with our toddler, who loved the place, the fun stuffed animals & his own personal tea cup & tea tray!
As a tea lover the selection of teas was nice & happy there was the option to try many teas with the tea cart!
Will be back!
have been here multiple times & love it every single time. delicious food, themed by country every month. tea is great. good selection. best scones you will ever have.
High tea is one of my favourite activities & I have been to many; Rosie-Lanoi is definitely one of the best ones I have been to. The owner & hostess were wonderful, the selection of teas was well-rounded, & the goodies served were absolutely scrumptious (the scones were my favourite: perfectly buttery & flaky)! My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our experience & can't wait to come back with more friends!
I loved the story behind this sweet tea shop (two grandmothers who were fond of high teas) & wanted to try it on an outing to Pointe-Claire. We had the high tea for two with a glass of Prosecco each, as an add-on. Lovely tea selection, exquisite little service with the traditional three tiers of savouries, scones, & sweets. The scones were some of the best I've ever had, delicate, buttery, & melting in the mouth. Staff were lovely, with the owner visiting each table to personally check on the diners' experience. We will go again! I have sensory issues & most restaurants are too loud &/or bright for me. Rosie-Lanoi was neither. So glad to have found such a sweet & pretty spot for a special outing 🌸
Will not be coming back. Please read to the end for a better suggestion for afternoon tea. We went for afternoon tea. The food was very good. The service was... fine. However, the overall value proposition leaves a lot to be desired. You get very little food for the price, & not nearly enough clotted cream & jam to spread on the scones you get. We had to carefully ration them out. Plus the tea selection was meager. Only a single herbal tea choice. I couldn't believe it. Go to Gryphon D'Or for afternoon tea instead. Just compare their pictures on Google with the ones here. You'll get huge scones in addition to the standard three-tiered plate, whereas at Rosie-Lanoi the scones take up one of the tiers. Plus six plentiful spreads instead of three, & a far more interesting tea selection.
Came here for a bridal shower back in May. Everything was paid for by the host so I can't comment on pricing. The place was easy to find & parking wasn't difficult. The place is really cutesie inside. The food & drinks were great as well. I've been to some other tea places & this place had more tea selection & I enjoyed the food more. Would recommend to anyone looking for an intimate day with friends!
