The Silk Road was also the route of spices, generous in fragrance and flavor. We invite you to be inspired by the spirit of the travelers, merchants and pilgrims who, for centuries, exchanged goods, riches and important cultural elements. A spirit of discovery and openness. We aim to create a hospitable atmosphere conducive to meaningful encounters. A setting in which to take the time to restore oneself in the sense of regaining strength and meaning.
As far as possible, our cuisine favors local, organic and sustainable agriculture. All the meat we serve is halal.
Rumi is described as a warm, inviting spot with beautiful décor and a Middle Eastern vibe, where generous portions, flavorful mezze and main courses, and fresh ingredients meet attentive, friendly service. Ça a été une bonne expérience. Le service était aimable & rapide. Nous avons commandé a partager 5 mezzes: (froids): olives vertes grillées & les champignons marinés & (chauds): halloumi rumi, pastilla & calmars grillés. Tout était vraiment bon. Nous voulions le Merguez, mais il n'y avait plus. La terrasse est agréable. Pour boire, j'ai pris la caipirinha à la framboise, je l'ai trouvé correct. Je recommande.
Les gens sont relaxes & gentils & la nourriture formidable! Ça faisait longtemps que je n'étais pas allée & très contente de l'expérience. On était un grand groupe & c'était sans problème.
Delicious! In lovely ambience & a beautiful neighbourhood. We had 7 small dishes which was perfect & a great way to try a variety of food. (Also fyi lots of vegetarian choices, some vegan.)
Our server, Shaker, was great! The food was very good, though I have to admit that I preferred last time I was there (pre-2020). Maybe the Daal recipe is different now? Honestly, if I had never been to Rumi before, I would be giving it 5/5 stars. The labneh, ginger juice, Morrocan mint tea, & babaganoush were stellar. Still 100% a lovely experience & would recommend Rumi to everyone!
Toujours un réel plaisir d'aller à ce restaurant mythique.Cette fois-ci j'ai essayé le saumon. Délicieux! J'ai cependant été surprise par la salade Fattouche qui semble avoir changé de recette... je préférais l'ancienne. Service rapide, courtois & ambiance unique. Déjà hâte à ma prochaine visite :)

I came here for my birthday.
The staff is very nice & friendly.
I liked the mixed countries of this food.
I am picky when it comes to middle eastern food since I am one & theirs was delicious.
They make great Lebanese Iranian food.
I loved the fez which is lamb.
My friends loved the kafta karaz & djaj meshwi.
We had many appetizers such as babaghnouj
homous batata calamari merkez with naan bread.
I jad a small pot or Moroccan tea & a glass of Iranian tea. Those are great.
I wish they had the pita bread & kibbeh with meat.

We got married today & came to this restaurant for lunch.
We ordered two plates of Rumi plate & one Kofta - the food was absolutely delicious, & the atmosphere was wonderful. It was a very special experience for us. Without a doubt, we're giving five stars!

Came here for supper one evening & it was fantastic! The braised Lamb Shank is expensive but very worth trying; falls off the bone & melts in your mouth. Great tea, delicious everything. Wonderful meal for sharing! Will probably be coming back to try their breakfast 😋
J'ai mangé le poulet au citron 🍋🍋 🍋, c'était vraiment très très bon & j'en ai bien profité finalement je vous conseille très fortement d'aller au restaurent Rumî ! Coup de coeur !!!
Toujours une excellente expérience. Les plats sont délicieux, service excellent & ce restaurant n'a pas besoin de musique a tue-tête pour créer de l'ambiance
