The Silk Road was also the route of spices, generous in fragrance and flavor. We invite you to be inspired by the spirit of the travelers, merchants and pilgrims who, for centuries, exchanged goods, riches and important cultural elements. A spirit of discovery and openness. We aim to create a hospitable atmosphere conducive to meaningful encounters. A setting in which to take the time to restore oneself in the sense of regaining strength and meaning.
As far as possible, our cuisine favors local, organic and sustainable agriculture. All the meat we serve is halal.
Rumi is described as a warm, inviting spot with beautiful décor and a Middle Eastern vibe, where generous portions, flavorful mezze and main courses, and fresh ingredients meet attentive, friendly service. Rumi est tout simplement excellent ! La nourriture est savoureuse, bien présentée & pleine de fraîcheur. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & conviviale, & le service est impeccable.
Un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter pour passer un super moment & bien manger.
Un accueil & un décor chaleureux, un service sympathique (mais pas trop) & précis, des mets dont les saveurs n'en finissent plus de se développer une fois en bouche, bref, pas très loin de la perfection. Merci, nous reviendrons certainement!
Food is great. Service even better. Great mix of middle eastern cuisines. Fresh ingredients & a big selection. On Fridays there are often live musicians !

We spent a wonderful afternoon sitting on their charming patio under ivy & surrounded with lush vegetation. Our server was lovely & prompt. We enjoyed a variety of mezes & wine. Would definitely go back!!

All was very delicious & we got a fine welcome. There was only one person waiting on tables indoors & on the beautiful terrasse, still we were able to have a leisurely lunch & got everything we asked for with a smile.
This was a return visit with my group of friends since our winter visit was an excellent experience.
Très belle découverte. Tout était excellent. Le hummus, la salade fattouche, les calmars grillés, le fromage halloumi, le jarret d'agneau & le dessert afghan au lait. Service très courtois. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Un lieu vivant & chaleureux, un hommage au Moyen-Orient dans sa tradition d'accueil & multiculturelle, avec une nourriture maison pleine de parfums & de saveurs, & créative. J'espère que Rumi restera encore longtemps ce havre ! & que dire du couple de merveilleux musiciens jouant de la musique des balkans, Sergiu Popa à l'accordéon, & Noemy Braun au violoncelle. Bonheur !!!!!
J'adore le Rumi !!!!! La nourriture est excellente, fraîche & si goûteuse !!! La pastilla au poulet goûtait le ciel, j'ai même eu un frisson tant les saveurs étaient harmonisées !!!!! Les mezzes froids avec le pain Naan grillé & tendre, les merguez dodues, avec un goût parfumé de plus, que je n'avais jamais goûté dans des merguez ! Le riz aux saveurs mélangées aussi, quelles saveurs :) Idem pour les desserts, la tarte mousse chocolat & framboises, avec la pâte croquante ... un délice !!! Le pouding lait & cardamome avec eau de rose, est toujours un coup de coeur, & d'une portion généreuse, miam ! Quoique cette fois, il était moins crémeux, légèrement trop cuit, mais cela n'était jamais arrivé auparavant, alors c'est certain que je vous pardonne ;-)
C'est une nourriture de coeur & de palais :) & le lieu est magnifiquement chaleureux, tant à l'intérieur que sur la terrasse :) On était si bien & détendues, qu'on a rit aux éclats plusieurs fois ! Merci au personnel à la cuisine, & à toute l'équipe !!!! Longue vie encore au Rumi & à la prochaine !!!

My friend & I had a fantastic lunch here. The dishes tasted flavourful & unique, while highlighting the ingredient's natural taste. Our favourite was the kefta.
