Nous voulions pour une première rencontre amoureuse avoir une place pres du feu, nous l'avons eu merci mais pas de feu! (pourtant avec la neige qui tombait, tout aurait ete parfait! Service excellent & bouffe tres bien!
Close to 40 minutes for takeout, probably quicker to go next door & order in the restaurant, not much sympathy or apologies from the staff either for the long wait

Nous sommes allés souper en famille (parents, grands-parents, petits-enfants)
Quand j'ai réservé en ligne, j'ai mentionné 2 enfants autistes & demandé, si possible, une table un peu à l'écart.
On nous a donné une table dans une partie de la salle qui était vide & séparée par une vitre.
Nous avons passé un magnifique moment, sans stress & sans surcharge sensorielle!
La nourriture était excellente & le service #1.
Nous y retournerons assurément!
Every time I order here the delivery is ALWAYS ALWAYS missing items!!!! I am very disappointed every time. I think this is possibly the last time I order delivery.
Excellent service de notre serveuse Rosalie. Le restaurant était presque plein vers 18h & elle était seule pour la salle à manger, le bar & l'entrée des clients. J'ai rarement vu une serveuse aussi efficace à courir d'un bout à l'autre d'un restaurant pour satisfaire tout les clients. Vraiment bravo malgré tout nous avons reçu un excellent service dans un temps très raisonnable. Merci encore, nous allons assurément revenir.

Pour la nourriture ça va pas ! assiette brochette de poulet thaï…trop petite portion, poulet trop cuit, brochette de légume d accompagnement minuscule & riz tiède/froid Prix vraiment trop élevé.

I went there hoping to enjoy a simple lunch with my daughter, & instead we left feeling ignored & disappointed. The place wasn't busy at all, yet we sat there for 30 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Staff members were chatting among themselves, walking past us again & again, acting as if we didn't exist.
We felt invisible - like ghosts sitting at the table. What made it even worse was that the waitress who seated us clearly saw us get up & leave after waiting so long, & still didn't bother to ask what was wrong.
A very frustrating & upsetting experience, especially when you're just trying to have a nice moment with your child.
Absolutely exceptional service at Bar area. Vero was 10/10, friendly fast efficient, every resto should follow her example, she loves what she does & it shows. Had Bangkok salad was sooo good! I will definitely be back at her section.
Pire restaurant !! Nous avons passé une commande à 17h00 (un club & une poitrine) à 18h30 la commande était toujours en préparation. C'est toujours long la livraison, mais là ça bat des records. On a annulé!! Service pourri...vive Benny ;)
Plusieurs fois que je commandes la & cela prends plus de 1h30 avant d'avoir la commande & cela s'ils ne l'ont pas perdu.... vraiment un mauvais service
On a fait une réservation en ligne, quand on est arrivé on s'est fait revirer d'bord car le système fait des doubles réservations! C'est vraiment désagréable de se déplacer pour rien!
