I came here at 9:55 am, I got serviced my coffee after 20 minutes, no one came to serve more coffee, so the worst thing the boss is serving everyone with coffee but he never asks me, if I needed same coffee, the crazy thing is I wanted to know who is he serving coffee to everyone but me I call him when he was passing me he did not even turn around, he went & sat 2 tables away from me, any I got up & served my self a coffee. Its10: 53 still not got my food, I let u guyz to judge... iam sure it will take 20 minutes more.....!!!

Je tiens a mentionner que je comprends l'achalande de dimanche dernier jour de la fête des Pères
mais le service de la serveuse qui pourtant est là depuis longtemps a été exécrable elle a priorisé d'autres tables après nous pour prendre la commande & de recevoir nos assiettes . Je trouve cela désolant qu'elle n'a pas pris la peine de venir nous voir pour donner des breuvages ou des fruits à nos petites cocottes de 2 ans & 4 ans qui ont attendu plus de 1 heure des l'arrivée à notre table.heureusement la fille a l'accueil nous a servi le breuvage & un bol de bananes à notre demande pour soulager ses petits. estomacs .
.je n'ai pas l'habitude de me plaindre mais dimanche la goutte a débordé .Nous sommes des clients réguliers au Restaurant à Candiac car on avait un bon service & un bon accueil
Malheureusement on vient de nous perdre en tant que clients .

Had our breakfast on the way back to Ontario, food was fantastic & the atmosphere was perfect after a long ride. Sandarine was our waitress & she was very attentive & friendly. Highly recommended 👌🏼

Had a great experience at Ben & Florentine! The food was fresh, delicious, & came out quickly. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & Sandrine made the whole experience even better with her friendly attitude & excellent service. She was attentive, professional, & made sure everything was perfect. Definitely coming back again!
