Called for delivery took them about 1h 20 min to arrive & didn't even get half of my delivery we got only 1 meal out of 3 & they can't even refund us because they where closed worst thing never call here happend 2 times this year at this place

J'ai Heure de travail devant moi j'ai décidé d'aller au Saint-Hubert j'ai demandé si il y avait du Wi-Fi, on m'a dit que oui un coup que j'ai commandé mon repas donc 35 $ plus tard j'essaie de me connecter pour pouvoir travailler & je me rends compte que le wifi ne fonctionne pas ça peut arriver mais une belle heure de perdue. Je demande à la serveuse elle me dit que ça fait déjà plusieurs semaines qu'ils en discute avec le gérant, mais toujours rien d'arranger le wrap au poulet je lui donne un 2/10 très très très très sec. Donc personnellement je n'y retournerai plus, malgré le bon service de la serveuse ambiance 2/10

J'aurais donné de très bons commentaires parce que je vantais la quallité des repas depuis plusieurs mois, mais depuis quelques semaines, la qualité baisse: mes deux derniers repas de'club sandwich' n'ont pas été à la hauteur: hier, 3'croquants' (cartilage) de poulet dans le même cub, l'autre club avait le pain trop rôti (brûlé). De plus, il me semble que la sauce est plus liquide (moins visqueuse).

Alors, s.v.p, rétablisser votre niveau de qualité! Lâchez pas :) !

St-Hubert Saint-Eustache on fait une erreur sur ma commande pour emporter jai appeler en me disant qu'il n'y avais surement rien a faire vue que j'étais rendu a la maison en appellent on ma transféré a se st Hubert & pour vais sa cest super bien passer ils on reconnue l erreur avec une grande courtoisie & renvoyer la bonne commande en 30 min un vendredi soir 🤩🤩 un énormes merci au gérant pour le petit cadeau brownis ma fille étais vraiment heureuse
