The food was great, that was not a problem at all…

As I came in to be greeted by the cashier in the grab & go section of the restaurant, a woman by the name of Kendjina took my order & was dismissive & uncaring.

I asked if I can have it for here & she suggested I eat in the dining room when there are seats on the window counter. She agreed but I can CLEARLY sensed she did not want to serve me from the get-go.

I asked for a combo with a drink & she figured I should know where the drinks were behind me in the fridge so I raised my voice louder so it was clear & she can hear me.

I did not tip her because by obligation, tips are given because of great customer service. She giggled & shook her head in disbelief because I EVIDENTLY did not tip her. I HATE dealing with people who do not want to be at work & who do not like their job. Disappointing.

Typically, when we order for delivery, it's from the 6795 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges location, but it's currently closed. Consequently, our orders are directed to this alternative location, & honestly, we've been disappointed since we started ordering from here. Last time, our drinks were missing, & when I requested creamy coleslaw, I received traditional coleslaw instead. Additionally, the portion of fries was much smaller compared to when we order from the other location. The same issues occurred with our subsequent order; portions were off, items were missing, & the quality didn't match what we're accustomed to. While I understand it's a busy location, they really need to improve & stop making mistakes with orders.
