Je commande souvent du St-Hubert & à Châteauguay, il y a toujours des erreurs. On commence par oublier la sauce que j'ai demandé, ce qui est un oubli normal. Mais j'ai une fois commandé un brownie & j'ai reçu un gâteau au chocolat. Une autre fois, je commande une animalerie & je reçois un sandwich au poulet. Une autre fille avec qui je travaille n'a jamais reçu sa commande. Je ne comprends sérieusement pas comment il peut y avoir des erreurs de commande comme ça. Il y a une erreur chaque fois. C'est inacceptable & ça prouve qu'il y a soit un manque d'organisation ou de formation des employés.
Mes deux amies & moi avons adoré notre expérience le dimanche 22 février au restaurant tout cela grâce à notre merveilleuse serveuse Juliette. Elle est grandement professionnelle, à l'écoute, proactive & tellement gentille.
Took my dad out for his birthday. Thought it would be great to eat out at a nice place. We arrived at 5pm & were seated. Other customers arrived shortly after. We ordered, & about 20 minutes later the soup & coleslaw came out. The dining room was about half full by now. We weren't in a hurry, but after about 45 minutes of waiting, we saw lots of plates waiting in the kitchen window to be served, but our server was nowhere to be found. We stopped another server & asked about our meal. She went to the back & our server came out & brought us our plates. But by the time the food arrived it was close to 6pm, & was ice cold. We explained that we were hungry but just if she could bring us hot fries, since we would eat the rest. She said fine, & left again, FOR OVER 1 HOUR. & not just that, there was absolutely NO staff in the restaurant for 1 HOUR. Customers were standing up looking around for their servers as well. Now it's after 7:00pm, & the staff all come out from the back at the same time. We flagged down the first person & asked what was going on, & we had been waiting for our fries. She went to the kitchen & brought us a bowl of fries & walked away, for another 45 minutes. By this time we were chatting with the two other tables around us trying to figure out what was going on that night. After 8pm now, & we finally found our server, & said that it was getting late & we had enough. We asked for the bill, & that we were going to take the dessert & coffee home with us. The server said we couldn't take out the coffee, but she asked what we wanted as our dessert that was included with the meal. So we pointed to the dessert on the placemat. She brought out the cake in a take-out container, & the bill, with a $7 surcharge for each slice of cake, which we were under the impression that it was supposed to be included, & weren't told otherwise. She said nothing can be done about that, it's the manager's rule. We weren't asking for a deal, we only wanted what we had paid for. Didn't feel like arguing, or staying another minute in this place. It was almost 9pm, so we paid, & left & will never be returning again.
Was a birthday party.Food was not as usual. Dry & seemed a little over cooked. The kitchen ran out of some items shown on menu but they made substitutions acceptable. The service was great very accommodating.
Point positif, la serveuse était gentille,la table était propre.Pour le reste... 1h30 un lundi pour 3 personnes.. Une serveuse pour la salle a mangé au complet..

I simply had to give this St Hubert's a review! I dropped by this restaurant twice in the space of a few days with my man friend's family & we had the same exceptional server both times. I wish I'd caught her name! But I know she's worked there for over 25 years & not only was she incredibly warm, she was super patient as I tried rolling out my best French. I couldn't help but give her a hug as I left for the final time! If you're looking for some comfort food in a cosy setting with the friendliest service in Chateaguay, please stop in! (P.S. Half priced bottles of wine every Monday & Tuesday doesn't hurt either.)
Passer au service au volant sans trop savoir quoi prendre, Maya qui m'a servit m'a bien guider & expliquer les choix selon mes interêt, souriante & chaleureuse, excellent service !!
Excellent experience. Food was great, the decor on the inside is quite beautiful, & had excellent service from our waitress. Will return in the future for sure.

Commander 2 Régal des fetes le 24 Décembre total 52$
C était très bon sauf que l on avait pas nos mini tourtières ils ont oublier de nous les mettre dans nos repas
Pour la livraison on me dit 35 minutes. Parfait.

Une belle patate remplacer par une poutine… & un menu animalier pour enfant qui contient 12 frites…
Grâce à St-Hubert, on paye la FAMINE.
Un gros merci à vous, je ne dépenserai plus 1 sous chez vous & depuis que vous faites affaire avec une centrale pour vos commandes ça fait juste empirer. Plus on grossit, plus on perd du gallon comme entreprise.
J'ai commandé du poulet avec des légumes & j'ai payé un supplément, mais j'ai reçu des frites. J'avais pourtant confirmé deux fois avec Allison. Quand j'ai appelé, le personnel a été impoli & a refusé de livrer la commande corrigée. J'ai dû retourner sur place. Aucun excuse, mauvais service. Très déçue par ce St-Hubert - vérifiez bien vos commandes avant de partir.
What a disappointment! Even the cheapest item has been increased to 30% more expensive 17$ for just one month, & the chicken & fries are reduced too (see photo). I'm going to the conpetition which is cheaper than at Saint-Hubert.
