The chain had been in business for over 70 years. Yet every time I get chicken there is either overcooked or undercooked. Your sauce is saving you at this point.

C'est rendu TROP chère pour une famille de 4, 160$ pour 2 poitrines 1 cuisse & 3 filets de poulet sur Table d'Hôte. C'est officiel c'était la dernière fois.

Julie est sans contredit la raison pour laquelle je continue de fréquenter le St-Hubert, en particulier la section du bar. Son service est tout simplement exceptionnel! Elle est toujours accueillante, souriante, & attentive aux moindres détails. Julie prend le temps de s'assurer que chaque client se sente spécial & bien pris en charge. Expect mistake in your delivery order. I had mistake in 9 out of 10 deliveries. They should also change their oil more often, fries are not crispy & panned chicken are either burnt or dark brown all the time.

I have never had an issue with other st-Hubert restaurants. But when I ordered from Chateauguay's St-Hubert on DoorDash a few days ago, my coleslaw smelled & tasted like garbage. & I'm not someone who usually recognizes smells & tastes, especially not as fast as I did. It took ONE bite. I thought I was crazy but when I put my nose above it... OMG. It reeked of trash. Like how did this happen? Did they make a whole bad batch with expired ingredients or were they just extra lazy & gave me old food, I don't know, but it honestly left me shocked. I usually complain to DoorDash directly when the things are not right just to get my money back, i don't leave reviews but this was too much. I had to warn others.

Tellement cher pour juste du poulet !!! & pour les "Desserts"......le pouding chomeur.....carrément pas mangeable . Sec !!! malgré la crème glacée servi avec. 7$ & plus, juste pour une petite portion .... C'était LA dernière fois que j'allais choisir ce resto. Très très décevant !

First time ordering the Lil St-Hubert Poutine which is supposed to come with chicken & sauce on top. Unfortunately I received a container that was only halfway full & had no chicken. I called customer service & they said their only option was to refund me $3... Let's just say as a pregnant person this meal did not cut it. I'll never order a poutine again & will stick with the chicken fillet meal only. VERY disappointed & hungry...
