Stopped by St-Hubert in Trois-Rivières on the way from Montreal to Quebec City.
I honestly wondered why I should bother when Costco sells rotisserie chicken for $5, but after trying it, I completely understood the hype.
The chicken was very tender, flavorful, & had a unique taste that's hard to describe. The Piri-Piri was nicely spicy & balanced out the richness perfectly.
The restaurant was clean & had more of an upscale family-restaurant feel, with a great atmosphere & very friendly service.
Our server Luna was especially wonderful & took great care of us. & the cocktail topped with a chicken wing was shocking-like a Bloody Mary mixed with BBQ sauce!

I'm a regular at this location, but this is the third time I've had to complain about a persistent sewage smell that sometimes fills the dining/bar area - it's unbearable. It's surprising other customers haven't raised this too. I won't be coming back until this is fixed.

Je n'ai pas reçu le bon repas, ce qui en soit n'est pas grave. Seulement ils me disent qu'ils m'envoient la bonne commande en priorité. Plus de 50 minutes plus tard que je la reçoit. Mes croquettes étaient clairement pu bonnes & m'ont donc donnés des nausées assez importantes.
