What a disappointment! Even the cheapest item has been increased to 30% more expensive 17$ for just one month, & the chicken & fries are reduced too (see photo). I'm going to the conpetition which is cheaper than at Saint-Hubert.

The chain had been in business for over 70 years. Yet every time I get chicken there is either overcooked or undercooked. Your sauce is saving you at this point.

Expect mistake in your delivery order. I had mistake in 9 out of 10 deliveries. They should also change their oil more often, fries are not crispy & panned chicken are either burnt or dark brown all the time.

First time ordering the Lil St-Hubert Poutine which is supposed to come with chicken & sauce on top. Unfortunately I received a container that was only halfway full & had no chicken. I called customer service & they said their only option was to refund me $3... Let's just say as a pregnant person this meal did not cut it. I'll never order a poutine again & will stick with the chicken fillet meal only. VERY disappointed & hungry...

Wow. This is not normal. After spending $200, the Chicken was good but the rest of the meal was horrible ( very bad fries & also cold) St Hubert should start to learn how to make any side dish to be at the standard of their chicken. The restaurant need some TLC. The service is was just ok, but these days we can not ask much to the staff. Very sad & probably my last visit at this location.

We waited an hour for our food & it was cold when it arrived & over cooked chicken tenders for the kids. We brought our six children who ended up feeling starving.

Bonjour - nous étions un groupe de 11 pour une fête. C'était mon idée de réserver chez St-Hubert car c'est habituellement très bon. Par contre, nous avons été très déçus par la qualité de la nourriture. Ceux qui ont pris des plats avec sauce (hot chicken, poutine, etc.) ont dit que leur sauce était froide (pas tiède mais froide!). Une personne a commandé un steak & la serveuse a seulement su que le steak n'était pas disponible, car il était congelé, une fois qu'elle a commencé à servir les autres plats. Il n'y avait plus de sirop dans le 7Up, etc. etc. C'était très décevant. Le service par contre, était très bon. Nos serveuses, Juliette & Jade ont tout fait pour nous rendre la soirée plus agréable. Merci
