Poulet (2 cuisses): Bien dodu & cuisson parfaite. La peau aurait pu être plus dorée & craquante. 4/5 Frites: Belle texture mais goût inintéressant, voire désagréable. 1/5 Sauce: Trop épaisse & certainement pas la meilleure (celle de St-Hubert est reine!). En plus il n'y en avait pas assez pour 2 cuisses & frites! 2/5 Salade de chou: Semblable à la traditionnelle de St-Hubert mais moins goûteuse. 3/5
Never dined in since its not the best location car wise but if you want a basic , chicken , coleslaw, sauce, & fries, this is the spot
Best chicken in town with a side of award winning fries. A sign used to hang in this restaurant that read: "When chicken such as this is served, a person never lingers, he sets aside his knife & fork & eats it with his fingers."

The best lunch spot. I couldn't tell you about dinner never been for dinner by it lunch.. it's quick , it's well priced. Good service. & great chicken . Greaaaaaat food all in all. 10/10 lunch spot.

Alright, I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chalet BBQ, & may I say... it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, Steve & Catherine made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The atmosphere was cozy & the chalet of your grandparents, perfect for a relaxed meal. Now, let's talk about the food... absolutely incredible! The chicken was perfectly cooked, bursting with original, authentic flavor, & the poutine was equally delicious. I honestly, highly recommend you all go eat their signature, slow cooked chicken, you won't be disappointed! What really stood out was the attention to detail & the passion they put into their cooking. Steve & Catherine truly care about their patrons & it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. If you're looking for a fantastic meal & a friendly atmosphere, Chalet BBQ is the place to be! I can't wait to go back for another round of their amazing chicken & poutiiiiine! The best rotisserie chicken. This place is the OG of chalet style chicken. The gravy/chicken sauce is so good it's drinkable. & the coleslaw is so amazing because the cabbage is perfectly sliced & not weird little pieces, it's like lace. Can't say enough about this place. Forget st-Hubert & forget Swiss chalet. This is the place!!
My friend & I visited from Toronto & it was recommended by another friend to try this place out that is the BEST & Original spot for Rotisserie Chicken. I have to say we were both SO impressed everything was amazing in my opinion better than the'comeptitors'. The portions were generous & flavorful. As a member of the service industry myself I was incredibly impressed with the service by Brooklyn she was sweet & attentive a very pleasant addition to the old school charming atmosphere!!!! 5 stars all round.
Coleslaw was delicious, fries delicious, chicken could have been cooked until the skin was a bit more crispy. Overall delicious food!

Love love love Chalet BBQ. We often go once a week. The food is predictably good, the staff warm friendly & attentive, & of course that timeless decor. It's nice that somethings in life don't change. Please don't ever close your doors - ever!
