Loved the experience. Drinks were great, everything that I had was a big hit & super tasty. Great vibe amazing time & the team serving us was very cool!
A mixed bag - our starter never arrived, & they got one of our sides wrong on our mains. But the burger was excellent, & the drinks were good. Service was a bit hit & miss.

We were a group of 15 people, the food was really good, we had the group menu with tons of options. The atmosphere was good, its warm & a little bit dark.
The desserts that we had (cheese cake & chocolate cake) were not that good, they tasted like box cakes.
Also, some of our group members were having issues getting additional drinks, the waiter was not paying attention if we needed more drinks or bread.
Overall good but just to go one time.
I took the rest of my meal out & at home i found out that fries don't have good quality & i think drink was too pricey $$$

The service at this place absolutely sucks. Took 15mins for us to even be acknowledged by the staff & get water poured. Another 10mins to take drink orders. It took 30mins for one salad & another 45 for a burger & two pastas. Restaurant was 3/4 full.
Foods not terrible but adding lays chips to a caesar salad for crunch is absolute laziness. Make some Parmesan crisps or something - seems lazy. Burger was dry, pasta was ok.
Busy yet chill vibes. Low lights atmosphere. They have bocci ball in the back, the toilets are outside of the restaurant which is a little odd but it works. Their drinks were good. Price point is high but the quality matches it. The rib eye steak was perfectly cooked & seasoned. The fries were made in house & tasty. The ceasar salad was okay. I would go with another options in the future, instead of salad.

Was served by the bartender Jeana (Hope I'm spelling it right!) she was absolutely incredible! I have a few allergies & she went above & beyond to ensure my meal was delicious & that we had a good time. I will definitely be back here when in MTL & recommend. Ps. The drinks were 🔥
It's funny I kept hearing mixed reviews about this place & TikTok kept pushing it on me, but I'm really glad I came here spontaneously with my girlfriends. I actually really enjoyed the experience! The venue is beautiful & open-air, super chill vibes. I didn't order food, but my friend did, & my drinks were solid. Bartenders were nice too. Definitely coming back to try the food next time.
Had a incredible time at Romie's. The place is looking incredible, both indoor & outdoor sitting areas are great. We've received a very nice service although we took the longest of time making some choices about drinks & food. They made some recommendations of a few items to share, every single one of them were delicious. I really enjoyed the cocktail & wine as well. Will be back!
My issue is not with the food or with the owner. It's with one particular waiter who didn't respect my drink request. I'm in the middle of Dry January (no alcohol) & my colleagues thought it would be funny to get me on the wagon again. The waiter took the tip & served me alcohol EVEN THOUGH I specifically asked for 0% (non alcoholic beer vs alcoholic beer is hard to taste the difference) Anyways, when my colleagues told me what they did, I confronted the waiter & asked him - what if I was an alcoholic or on medication? He just shrugged his shoulders & laughed it off. Our company payed a lot of money for great food & we tipped very generously. Yet this waiter had the audacity to ignore the moral dilemma. I'm furious at my company but equally upset at the waiter who couldn't even respect my order. After all I am the customer. Great food, terrible experience.
Overrated & extremely overpriced for the food they serve. I had the ribye, very common, no taste, over cooked.. 96$.. i'm a meat lover & that was not quality meat. The service is ordinary, too many tables for a few waiters so you have to wait. At some point the waitress told us that we can't get a cooler bucket for our white wine bottle because they don't have many. Lol, imagine drinking warm white wine. The atmosphere is nice, has a lot of potential if chef is changed & management as well. I do not recommend & i will not come back.
Drinks, food & service - amazing 😊 we had the filet mignon & fish. Both had Michelin Star flavour & display. Atmosphere- beautiful however very loud. We wish you success & thank you for a wonderful meal.

Très bons plats & drinks, très belle ambiance, super service, VRAIMENT trop cher pour ce que c'est & trop petite portions. Ce sont pratiquement les prix du Toqué, sauf qu'on est très loin de la qualité du Toqué. Carte des vins correct, sélection de bière laisse à désiré pour 2024 en étant situé à Montréal.
This is what the montreal food scene has become...a popularity contest with overpriced mediocre food. Steak was tough, burger was raw, filet mignon was very good, cherry pie was tasteless but the ambience was nice. Wine list was a joke especially considering the price of their food. Go there for a drink but not for their food or wine choices.
Each & every dish was incredible & the drinks were a wow too. Exactly what we expected from the owners of Arthur's! How did I almost forget to mention the cherry pie🏆
I wanted to review this higher as the food is deserving but I was so distracted by the service during our time there. During our two hour sitting, our table was touched by no less than 15 people, each stopping in to take one dish away after interrupting our conversation rudely. One waiter kept taking our water bottle away to refill but failed to ever return with it. As mentioned above, the food is exceptional & the drinks a solid sip. I really hope they work out the momentum of the serving staff so the dining experience feels more welcoming & relaxed.
