Première visite aujourd'hui... & sûrement pas la dernière! Ma conjointe & moi fûmes impressionnés par l'accueil, le désir de nous faire partager leur passion, l'empressement à répondre à nos questions & quoi encore. On nous offrit en dégustation un morceau de pizza, la plus simple... mais qui nous permit de découvrir cette croûte à la fois consistante (toutes sortes de grains, pas seulement du blé) & sans lourdeur, texture légèrement granuleuse (à cause des grains). Pour ceux qui aiment une croûte qui n'est ni trop mince ni trop épaisse, c'est imbattable. Nous prîmes ensuite (à deux, en partageant pour goûter) cinq morceaux de cinq pizzas différentes, toutes à peine sorties du four puisque nous arrivâmes les premiers en fin d'avant-midi; & je me retins, j'avais vraiment envie de goûter toutes les autres pizzas. Il y avait de la pizza aux aubergines, la meilleure aux aubergines que j'aie jamais dégustée (on aurait presque pu dire de l'aubergine à la pizza); une aux anchois, elle aussi ma meilleure pizza aux anchois à vie; une fort originale que je peinerais à décrire sinon par un ingrédient, des bleuets (une première pour moi concernant la pizza). J'explore beaucoup de restaurants (quelques dizaines différents par année) & celui-ci s'est instantanément hissé parmi mes préférés. Expérience de calibre supérieur sans que le prix soit supérieur. Ça vient d'ouvrir & je lui souhaite longue vie!
Delicious artisanal pizza in an unpretentious, comfy setting with a chill vibe. Highly recommend the Athena slice. Friendly service & fresh ingredients! Plus all the cold water you can drink, essential on a hot day. Come & eat here!
Good for a quick little lunch, they gave a free little dessert slice with apple & sugar with the meal. They heat up the pizza when you order it but prior to that they looked a bit stale on the display counter.
Excellente pizzeria avec des pizzas romaines savoureuses & généreuses ! Le service est rapide, chaleureux & toujours avec le sourire. Une vraie découverte culinaire, je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un moment convivial & délicieux entre amis.

Starting with the pizza - beautifully presented in a square shape - the flavors are unexpected & perfectly combined. The dough has just the right thickness. Delicious!
The atmosphere is super funky & cool, & the place is extremely clean.
Prices are fair, not expensive.
It was a lovely surprise to find a place so well taken care of.

I will 100% be back & recommend to anyone coming to Montreal. You can tell it is made with quality ingredients. I had the pizza with potatoes on it, which my grandpa used to make, & it made me so happy to have it again.

As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the place. The smell, the style, & the pizza all looked lovely. Service was amazing especially the very young, kind sir named Mylo. He suggested the best pizzas & my oh my they were indeed the best pizzas in town. I personally recommend the Mortazza. It is honestly the best pizza i've ever let my taste buds taste. The dough is so rich, crispy & fluffy. The mortadella tastes amazing & of course you can't forget about the creamy, flavourful scracciatella that just makes the best combo with the mortadella. & finally the finishing touches of the sweet, rich oil & the exquisite sprinkle of roasted pistachios as the perfect garnish to the best pizza in town. The perfect pizza restaurant in your grabs. Come now to Roman Pie pizza or you will regret it. This is & will be the upcoming best rated pizza restaurant in MTL.
