Un festin romain & divin
Tombé sur cet endroit par hasard, j'y ai été attiré par la couleur vive de la pizza Margherita à travers la fenêtre. Ça m'a fait franchir la porte. Juste pour voir de plus prêt... mais au moment où j'ai senti les arômes, j'ai tout de suite su que j'étais dans un lieu hors du commun. J'ai donc commandé 2 parts de pizza. Selon moi, la margarheta est la meilleure pizza que j'ai mangé depuis toujours. Son goût est grandiose, ta texture est divine. Le secret ? Les ingrédients & la pâte unique au monde.
Je vais y retourner & faire découvrir à ma famille.
Première visite aujourd'hui... & sûrement pas la dernière! Ma conjointe & moi fûmes impressionnés par l'accueil, le désir de nous faire partager leur passion, l'empressement à répondre à nos questions & quoi encore. On nous offrit en dégustation un morceau de pizza, la plus simple... mais qui nous permit de découvrir cette croûte à la fois consistante (toutes sortes de grains, pas seulement du blé) & sans lourdeur, texture légèrement granuleuse (à cause des grains). Pour ceux qui aiment une croûte qui n'est ni trop mince ni trop épaisse, c'est imbattable. Nous prîmes ensuite (à deux, en partageant pour goûter) cinq morceaux de cinq pizzas différentes, toutes à peine sorties du four puisque nous arrivâmes les premiers en fin d'avant-midi; & je me retins, j'avais vraiment envie de goûter toutes les autres pizzas. Il y avait de la pizza aux aubergines, la meilleure aux aubergines que j'aie jamais dégustée (on aurait presque pu dire de l'aubergine à la pizza); une aux anchois, elle aussi ma meilleure pizza aux anchois à vie; une fort originale que je peinerais à décrire sinon par un ingrédient, des bleuets (une première pour moi concernant la pizza). J'explore beaucoup de restaurants (quelques dizaines différents par année) & celui-ci s'est instantanément hissé parmi mes préférés. Expérience de calibre supérieur sans que le prix soit supérieur. Ça vient d'ouvrir & je lui souhaite longue vie!

Delicious artisanal pizza in an unpretentious, comfy setting with a chill vibe. Highly recommend the Athena slice. Friendly service & fresh ingredients! Plus all the cold water you can drink, essential on a hot day. Come & eat here!
I will 100% be back & recommend to anyone coming to Montreal. You can tell it is made with quality ingredients. I had the pizza with potatoes on it, which my grandpa used to make, & it made me so happy to have it again.
This is a real Roman style pizza. The crust , quality ingredients texture & taste make it a winner . I've had others than claim they do this style & they don't even come close . If you want the best go here : quality passion & taste !!! Light on the stomach too . Have the anthena, margarita, basically have them all ! My place when I want pizza ! Highly recommend!
