If you're looking for a good smoked meat sandwich, lousy McDonald's Fries, poor management, & fruit flies this is the place.
The cocktails, Mediterranean Salad, & Smoked meat are very good. But they should get rid of the coleslaw, fries & fruit flies & manager.
I came here with a group of regulars that hyped the salads. As a salad lover, I was looking forward to the Mediterranean salad. The place also has a great smoked meat so I was willing to pay extra to switch the chicken on the salad to smoked meat. I was told the only way to do this was pay $26.00 extra & add a smoked meat to the order.
The manager told me it was not easy for them to substitute two items that are already on the menu. He also mentioned something about how it would require more staff if they opted for fresh cut fries instead of frozen. Apparently everything is difficult for this manager. I read another review about a customer who did not get compensated when they ran out of the ice cream that was included in the kids meal. This was EXTREMELY upsetting.

This is the type of place I don't think reviewing b/c I've been going there all my life.

It's good. Prices are fine surprisingly. Service is almost always outstanding. I've had one or two rough edges in tens of visits. Plenty of good condiments. It's a home in Montreal for me.

D'habitude j'adore ce resto.
Le restaurant était à moitié plein & on m'offre seulement le bar.....
J'insiste...rien à faire....vraiment poche....

We took it to-go & it was still excellent (after 30 mins). Service was nice & fast. I highly recommend!

My family & I have been here twice in 2 days since we were staying so close. It was so good each time! Customer service was exceptional! We had the Rueben, poutine, flatbreads, & dessert. Who knows, we might be back tomorrow!
Even though there is construction on the street, it's an easy walk & worth it!
