Nous avons vraiment passé une superbe soirée. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis & le service a été impeccable du début à la fin.

Nous avons pris l'expérience complète avec l'accord de vins, & honnêtement, je recommande vraiment de faire l'expérience ultime tant qu'à y aller. Les plats étaient incroyables & l'accord de vins ajoutait vraiment quelque chose à l'expérience. Tout était bien pensé & les découvertes culinaires se sont enchaînées du début à la fin.

Une très belle expérience, autant pour la nourriture que pour le service & l'ambiance. On a passé un excellent moment & on y retournerait sans hésiter!

I tried the 3-course tasting menu, & overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

The standout dish for me was the shishito, which had a fantastic, deep smokiness that really made it special. The tuna & cantaloupe salad was also a hit, offering a bright, crisp, & refreshing balance of flavors. Unfortunately the delicate cod missed the mark slightly, as I felt the heavy sauce overpowered the flavor of the fish.

Still a solid meal with nice flavor ideas & a lovely atmosphere. Staff here are also lovely.

The food at Panacée is exquisite & inspired, loved being at the chef's counter & see them at work & the atmosphere is very cozy. We loved the thoughtful choices & the wines that were great with our dishes.

Pro tip: come as a pair. Panacée offers two prix-fixe tasting menus, so if you & your dining partner each order a different one, you've essentially unlocked the entire kitchen in one sitting - pass plates back & forth, taste everything, & leave with the full picture instead of half the story.

The early courses are pleasant - well-sourced, seasonal, thoughtfully composed - but the experience truly shifts gears when the main dish arrives. The proteins are treated with the kind of precision & confidence that remind you she cut her teeth at Foxy & Bouillon Bilk, & it shows. & then comes dessert, this place slaps! Two sweet courses close out the tasting menu, & both hit with the quiet force of someone who understands that the last thing you eat is the first thing you remember.

Every bite & detail are just perfect in a seemingly effortless way. The service, shout out to the thoughtful Olivier, was excellent & tailored to us. The tasting menu was absolutely delicious, the 3-course option is just right for me, but if you have a sweet tooth like my husband you should go for the 5-course which includes 2 semi sweet courses to finish. There are enough option within each menu to cover an array of tastes/preferences. I will recommend to anyone looking for a special outing & an elevated dining experience!
