Om découvre l'expérience en 3 ou 5 services avec une belle précision. Les explications du menu nous démontres l'intérêt envers la cuisines mais aussi la passion pour la découverte . On vous propose des accords mets & vin audacieux qui vont du saké au vermouth . L'équipe travaille fort . La clientèle est sobre & hétéroclite. On y retourne ? Oui mais en attendant le Nouveau menu

Le restaurant Panacea à Montréal a offert une expérience gastronomique mémorable. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé avec soin, des petites attentions qui ont rehaussé la soirée jusqu'au service exceptionnel de Laurent, toujours attentif & chaleureux. La cheffe Catherine a brillamment orchestré un menu qui captive par sa créativité & ses saveurs. Les desserts aussi étaient absolument impeccables, une véritable touche finale raffinée qui complète parfaitement l'expérience culinaire. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour cette superbe soirée! 💛☺️

Le restaurant propose des plats de qualité, mais nous avons trouvé les prix relativement élevés par rapport à la quantité servie. De plus, il faut noter que certains plats du menu de base incluent des ajouts tarifaires, ce qui peut rapidement faire grimper l'addition (sans compter les tips) ☺️. Bien que le cadre soit agréable & le service excellent, l'expérience globale nous a laissés un tout petit peu sur notre faim, surtout en considérant le rapport qualité-prix. Mais dans l'ensemble ce fut une très belle découverte. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant qui saura vous surprendre tant sur le décor, les saveurs, le service. Bonne dégustation

Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette superbe soirée. Le menu à cinq service était délicieux, partagé à deux on goûte à tellement de choses. J'adore. Je veux revenir surtout pour les desserts !
