Every bite & detail are just perfect in a seemingly effortless way. The service, shout out to the thoughtful Olivier, was excellent & tailored to us. The tasting menu was absolutely delicious, the 3-course option is just right for me, but if you have a sweet tooth like my husband you should go for the 5-course which includes 2 semi sweet courses to finish. There are enough option within each menu to cover an array of tastes/preferences. I will recommend to anyone looking for a special outing & an elevated dining experience!
Our first visit to Panacée was beautiful. We tried the 5-course tasting menu & all dishes scored high with the exception of the stuffed onion. Portion sizes for main dishes could've been a tad more generous though each course packed a flavourful punch. Service was excellent & the attention to detail for the birthday boy was certainly appreciated. Bravo to this amazing team. We loved our experience 🥂

Une très belle découverte. Le service est attentionné, professionnel & chaleureux - on se sent bien accueillie, sans prétention, mais avec un vrai sens du détail.
Dans l'assiette, c'est la saison qui parle : des produits locaux traités avec sensibilité, sans jamais trop en faire. Chaque plat est composé avec soin, sans fioritures inutiles, & toujours dans un bel équilibre.
Coup de coeur pour la caille, nappée d'une sauce corsée, parfaitement balancée entre acidité & profondeur. Un vrai plat signature.
Les desserts ne sont pas en reste : un flan délicat accompagné de fraises crues & cuites, un bel hommage à l'été, à la fois simple & raffiné.
On ressort bien - digeste, heureux. Ici, pas de gras superflu pour flatter le palais : la cuisine prend d'autres chemins, ceux de la délicatesse, du raffinement, & d'une vraie intelligence culinaire.

Très belle découverte. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience. Les plats étaient excellents, l'accord mets vins proposé très intéressant. Quelques petits détails à ajuster (plat principal aurait pu être plus chaud, la marriage d'un vin proposé avec la vinaigrette), mais globalement excellent restaurant. On recommande fortement.
lovely little place, in an ever-improving area that it adds to a lot. great produce, attention to most details, everything was absolutely delicious, & the chef was super friendly & welcoming, conversing about the food & other aspects of the restaurant. may be pricey but worth the experience every once in a while

La cheffe Catherine a brillamment orchestré un menu qui captive par sa créativité & ses saveurs. Les desserts aussi étaient absolument impeccables, une véritable touche finale raffinée qui complète parfaitement l'expérience culinaire. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour cette superbe soirée! 💛☺️
Un restaurant 5 étoiles, avec nourriture exceptionnelle, ambiance relaxe, service amical & professionnel. Très belle carte des vins. Les plats sont recherchés, très gouteux, faits dans le soucis du détail. Rapport qualité-prix très correct, compte tenu de l'excellence des ingrédients & des plats.
La décoration est magnifique, avec une attention aux détails qui donne un charme à l'espace. Que dire de la cuisine? Les plats sont tout simplement délicieux, pleins de créativité & de saveurs uniques. Chaque bouchée est un plaisir autant pour les yeux que pour le palais. Nous avons également apprécié le service attentioné & expérimenté. Si vous cherchez un restaurant chaleureux, avec des plats qui sortent de l'ordinaire, je vous recommande fortement Panacée!
