Une soirée parfaite au Panacée dans le cadre de Montréal en lumière!
Un cadre doux, des plats savoureux & généreux ( & de beaux accords) de la chef invitée Dima Adra & l'équipe chaleureuse de la chef Catherine. Les plats étaient tout en finesse & en fraîcheur & une présentation soignée. Une magnifique découverte pour moi!

We celebrated a birthday there & loved every minute.
The food did not just look amazing, it was very delicious !
The staff also made sure we had a lovely time & a memorable birthday.
Tip : please don't skip the onion dish, it's divine !!! 😉

Un des meilleurs restaurant à Montréal! Le concept est vraiment agréable 3 ou 5 services! La carte des vins est surprenante & les produits offerts sont délicieux. Magnifique expérience à chaque fois!

Très belle découverte. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience. Les plats étaient excellents, l'accord mets vins proposé très intéressant. Quelques petits détails à ajuster (plat principal aurait pu être plus chaud, la marriage d'un vin proposé avec la vinaigrette), mais globalement excellent restaurant. On recommande fortement.

lovely little place, in an ever-improving area that it adds to a lot. great produce, attention to most details, everything was absolutely delicious, & the chef was super friendly & welcoming, conversing about the food & other aspects of the restaurant. may be pricey but worth the experience every once in a while

Beau concept, on sent qu'il y a beaucoup de passion pour travailler les produits autant animaux que végétaux. Les plats ne sont pas tous égaux, & dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité de choix à la carte. Très déçue par les mignardises de dessert je m'attendais a un peu en plus de travail . Dans l'ensemble c'était tout de même une réussite !
