Wow! The chef Catherine Couvet Desrosiers & her team have created an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was subdued & refined, yet casually elevated. We, a party of 2, dejected the( course meal with wine pairings. Every single course exceeded expectations , simply delicious, & served with explanations of each item. The staff were friendly yet professional. They made us feel like they were glad we were there. The next time I'm in Montreal, I WILL return. Thank you, Panacée!!
Énorme coup de coeur pour le Panacée, une magnifique découverte. Le menu découverte était parfait de A à Z. Je conseille fortement l'accord mets & vins. & que dire des humains en arrière du restaurant, une équipe merveilleuse. Je conseille de manger au comptoir.
Quelle belle découverte! Une cuisine délicate & raffinée avec des produits frais & de saison. La présentation est créative & soignée, on sent la volonté de travailler l'entièreté du produit & avec une cuisine responsable. Un véritable voyage culinaire avec un service attentionné & une ambiance cosy!

Le Panacée est un must à Montréal! Le service, l'atmosphere, le décor, la BOUFFE! Tout est au rendez-vous. Assez intime pour une date romantique & assez chaleureux pour un souper festif entre copains. Le menu dégustation est tres bien balancé, facile d'approche, créatif & surtout délicieux.
Je commencerai par souligner la qualité remarquable de l'accueil & du travail de toute l'équipe. Les plats créés avec raffinement, minutie & créativité sont tout simplement exquis. De plus, l'atmosphère ambiante très calme nous permet de savourer chaque instant de cette expérience gastronomique savamment conçue. Bref, tout concourt à faire de ce resto mon coup de coeur de l'année.
