We celebrated our anniversary at Panacée last night. WOW! We loved the warm, comfortable inviting decor & vibe. The staff are so welcoming, attentive & knowledgeable. The food. Oh my God, the food! Every dish we had was so beautifully presented, delicate, & beyond delicious. This chef marries ingredients & flavors in a unique way that takes them to the next level. They have a great, well curated wine list. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality & quantity served. This restaurant is a gem.

Handwerklich ausgezeichnete, modern ausgerichtete Küche auf basis lokaler Produkte mit Betonung pflanzlicher Produkte. Der erfrischend skandinavische Einfluss auf die Geschmacksorientierung ist sehr innovativ. Die Weinkarte könnte sich etwas mehr Bandbreite erlauben.

Such a talented chef! Hers is a thoughtful menu that delighted the eyes as much as the taste buds. Exemplary, warm service. Interesting wine list. We sat at the bar to fully appreciate the culinary theatre. Fantastic price point. Home run.

Outstanding. Beautiful food, people & atmosphere. The restaurant were so kind to offer us a welcome drink for having to change our original booking date - a small gesture with a big impact. Food was carefully pulled together with passion & real skill. Service was fabulous.

L'une des meilleurs table faite ces derniers temps à Montréal. Souper à 4 avec des amis & tous ont été conquis par les différents plat. Les pleurotes & mais très originaux. Le tartare/ceviche de thon exquis. Le tartare d'agneau très fin. L'échine de porc goûteuse à souhait. Vraiment excellent. Un seul bémol, la carte des vins est un peu courte même si nous avons trouvé de quoi faire.

Très belle place & une belle découverte.
Très bon produit,bien fait, beau service.
Il faudrait ne pas mettre de supplément sur les plats & augmenter les services car on se retrouve très facilement à prendre tout avec supplément.
Carte des vins correct mais mériterait d'être plus fournie car les repas sont des très bonnes qualités.
