Tout est parfait, rien à changer. On voudrait pouvoir déguster les mets en silence tant leurs nuances inspirent le respect. Rares sont les restaurants qui offrent un tel raffinement dans l'harmonie des saveurs. Pas une seule fausse note. Le service est à la hauteur de ce qu'on peut attendre d'une'expérience culinaire'. Ce fut un enchantement. Bravo à toute l'équipe & longue vie à ce petit bijou d'établissement.
Aucun des plats n'étaient vraiment spectaculaire. Cependant l'appariement mets vins étaient excellentes compte tenu du prix chargé. Je ne pense pas que ce resto devrait être coté à 4.9

Quelle belle découverte & on y retournera. Non seulement chaque plat est gouteux, bien présenté & expliqué, la Chef Catherine est venue pour la présentation du plat principal, quelle belle attention. Autre belle attention que plusieurs autres restos devraient prendre exemple, nous avons choisi un menu 5 services avec seulement 3 accords vins pour une personne & pour chaque accord nous avons eu un demi-verre chaque, mais différent vin, car nous n'avions pas choisi les mêmes plats histoire de tout gouter. Ça c'est réellement de mettre le client au centre de l'attention. Hâte de voir & de goûter le prochain menu. Bonne année 2026 en santé & merci encore pour cette belle soirée.

Très bon service. Les plats n'étaient pas tous égaux, dans l'ensemble nous avons aimé mais certains plats auraient pu être un peu plus gros. De plus, il faut rajouter un extras pour la plupart des plats donc le prix indiqué pour le menu dégustation finit par être plus cher.
We came on december 20th, Food was amazing! Especially the beef & the scallop !! The olive oil gelato & the pear meringue dessert were also sooo good.
The service was great, she presented the food very well & there was a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend the 5 course with wine pairing !!
Excellente adresse. Un des meilleurs ratio qualité/prix, avec une belle emphase sur la qualité. On a pris l'option 5 services x2 en partageant pour essayer tous les plats. Le menu au complet est à recommander. Tout est travaillé : gouts, textures, présentations, etc. Les ingrédients sont de qualité. La cheffe est jeune, talentueuse & passionnée.
J'ai tellement aimé le boeuf avec l'endive & la sauce au vin qu'on en a ajouté 2 en plus des 2 menus dégustations 5 services. Le vin rouge en accord est léger & smooth au point d'en être dangeureux.

This is a special spot in Montréal. They have earned their acclaim. When you walk in there is a gorgeous bar, then you enter the very intimately sized dining room with windows into the kitchen. The food is special without being overly fussy. The flavour combinations are exciting without rely exclusively on intrigue. The plating is refined & understated- not overly frilly. The service is warm, friendly, & not rushed. An absolute must for a special dining experience in Montreal.
