Restaurant Nord est décrit comme une expérience gourmande située sur l'île des Sœurs qui propose une interprétation plus décontractée de la haute cuisine et met en valeur les produits du terroir québécois selon les saisons. Le menu est perçu comme comportant de nombreux plats froids, ce qui peut sembler inadapté en hiver, et la carte des vins est intéressante avec des cocktails proposés, bien que l absence d'un sommelier sur place soit parfois signalée. Le coût est élevé et l'expérience culinaire est vue comme intéressante mais pas exceptionnelle. Certains retours évoquent un service diversifié et des plats très bons et recommandent l établissement, tandis que d autres témoignages décrivent une expérience décevante, notamment un canard froid et une préparation longue qui nuisent au rapport qualité prix. We did a group reservation this past weekend. The massage therapists did a great job. But the reason for the three stars instead of a perfect 5 was because the spa should really try to improve their administration. 1. Despite booking as a group, my partner did not get a reminder or any email confirmation. Which left us confused. In my previous experience with other spas, they will email & remind every party in the group. 2. I guess she was new, but the payment process took unnecessarily long. My partner & I paid separately, & the amount was suppose to be equal. However, i ended up getting overcharged. 3. As part of the booking process, we were given the option to select our therapist preference. Which my partner did not get in the end...
This place would be ok if you've never been to any other thermal spa experience. For the price, it offers much less in terms of saunas & thermal pools than expected. It was very hard to spend more than a couple hours here as there weren't many saunas or thermal pools. The aroma sauna had no aroma & we found the outdoor scenery at least at night was not given a lot of love. The price is very expensive considering the Spa Finlandais is about 1/3rd the price & is many times nicer with a lot more attractions. I will say that the Swedish massage was pleasant but I can't recommend this place knowing that Spa Finlandais is not too far away for a much better experience.

A few things. Their website kept glitching during the booking for a party of 2. Was unable to get all the treatments wanted. I reserved for a Strom massage whereas the other person I was with reserved for an exfoliation. We arrived 30 min early as requested. I'm sent to the bigger "tent" outside to wait for a massage therapist. I'm the first one there & the last one to be called...We get to a smaller "tent"....I'm asked what I want (this is close to 15 min into the time of my appointment). I'm a bit surprised by the question, but tell the employee my reservation is for a Strom massage. I'm then told that hot stones aren't a good idea & that this person has heard people have gotten burnt & they can give me a hot oil massage instead & that it's the same price. I'm put off & my mistake was agreeing to stay (I figured, I'm here & I've been wanting a massage for a while & rather not get burnt?so yea). Well, it was one of the most deceiving massages I've ever recieved. I'm pretty sure the person was chewing gum during my session. Not only that, but every couple of minutes, they'd pause & remove one hand from my body (Itchy nose? Nervous tick? I have no idea). Then the massage ends & I look at the time...basically got closer to a 45 min massage than an hour one. The therapist tells me they ended up giving me a deep tissue massage...that I have a lot of knots (yes...that's why I came in for a massage) & that I would feel sore the next day. That didn't feel like a deep tissue massage & I did not feel sore the next day...Anyways, I go to join the person I was with & wait until they are done...They're surprised to see me out so early. I check online & notice that the deep tissue massage is not in fact the same price as the Strom massage & make sure to tell the employee at the front desk. The experience was not worth the price either way. Thankfully, the person I was with really enjoyed their body care treatment (hence the 3 star). I'm not sure what happened in my case...Perhaps a newer employee or/& perhaps the employees aren't trained properly to perform some of the treatments? Just odd that they wouldn't know how to provide a massage named after the spa itself. So yes, sorely (but not actually sore) disappointed & turned off by my experience. ***Reading through other recent reviews, seems massage therapists aren't very experienced or properly trained.
ATTENTION: si vous acheter un forfait car c'est pas garantie de ce que vous acheter ils le change comme bon leur semble, massage suédois pour le prix ça vaut pas la peine 1h $160 👎un massage qu'on peu faire soit même à son conjoint & sans avoir suivie un cours .Ma masseuse régulière qui est excellente j'ai pour $140 & 1h30 & pour ce qui est de l'expérience thermale,le monde parle ou respire comme un cheval difficile de ce détendre.
Used to be a 5 now a 3.... So much loud talking without staff asking them to be quite. Had girls screaming under the waterfall.... Paid a lot of money for a quiet, relaxing day & got obnoxious talking & screaming. Wasted hundreds. My husband had a massage & the therapist waited almost 15 minutes for him to'change'(we are already wearing suits) so started the 1hour massage 15 minutes late & ended of course on time. Paid for an hour got 45 minutes. I can say that my massage was spectacular. Left me 2-3 minutes to get into the massage bed (absolutely normal) so got the full hour. I highly recommend Svetlana.
I only went for a massage & it was amazing . (My massage was done by Simon) I always ask for him. Their thermal experience is not so great , I never really get a chance to enjoy myself in the unwinding areas as it gets too packed & you never really find a space for yourself. No matter what time it is it hard to settle in a quiet area. You would have to show up & hope that there are only 7 -10 people attending this facility
Il y a beaucoup de stationnement, le personnel est chaleureux. L'endroit est bien aménagé , mais petit & peu de place pour s'allonger. Le massage n'inclus pas l'accès aux bains thermal . La nourriture est bonne . Je recommande d'y aller sur semaine pour avoir plus d'espace.
Mon conjoint a booké un massage en surprise 4 jours avant le rv. Le RV (à un moment non achalandé de la journée) ne fonctionnait pas avec mon horaire. J'ai appelé 24 h avant le rv pour annuler. Je donne une étoile supplémentaire simplement pour l'employé qui a tenté de parlé à sa supérieure pour expliquer la situation. La manager a finalement appliqué la politique de simplement charger les ferais complètement comme solution sans offrir de modifier le moment du rv ou offrir flexibilité dans un contexte de cadeau surprise. Service client & bienveillance à désirer.
Absolutely loved my experience, from the easy online reservation to the check-out at the end of my blissful spa day. Even though there was a crowd, I found that people respected the silence rule, so it didn't feel hectic. Location is beautiful & adds to the Nordic atmosphere. The Strom massage pairs perfectly with the thermal experience. Massotherapist was professional & attentive to my needs. I adored all the saunas, hot & cold baths as well as the relaxation rooms. The restaurant was the cherry on top although a tad pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth. Perfect escapade from the city life without having to go that far. Felt like a million bucks at the end of my spa day. Looking forward to my next visit.

Should be called Strom Pool Party. I dont know if people just dont know how spas work or if the spa itself is unable to enforce it because I've never had such a loud spa experience. The signage is so small & tucked away & employees do F all to enforce the quiet rule my partner had to tell people to stop talking. We paid to relax we don't want to hear everyones conversation. I could hear the people at the other end of the spa. Everything else was fine, my massage with Svetlana was wonderful I would definitely recommend a massage with her. So it's really a shame that I have to review it like this because the ambiance killed the whole experience.
Beautiful location however staff could use some training in welcoming as well as explaining the different amenities & pools. massage with Monica was great. Facial was a disappointment for the price. Went on a Monday & was very crowded small pools make it difficult to enjoy experience with so many people. Would go next time to larger location.
Absolutely LOVED my esthetician.
She was very thorough & gentle. The massage aspects of the facial & back treatment were simply divine & relaxing. Definitely worth the extra couple dollars for the mosturizing hair treatment!
The products are gentle for sensitive skin but do have very strong delicious aromas. Lots of felixibility in treatments, she allowed me to choose my essential oils & music. Beware one of the personalized facial treatments is nut based!!!
They also sell the products they use in the lobby & online if youre interested.

Ordered a swedish massage with essential oil & after making my reservation had them call me back to tell me my massage was to be outside instead of in a room, never having been before I said that was fine & upon arrival I was greeted at the front desk with the concierge quoting me $458 for the massage which over the phone I was quoted $159. I tried to dispute the charge & explain that that was not what I was quoted, & she said I would have to discuss after my massage because it was already my appointment time. I was rushed to the massage waiting room & then rushed to the outside tent for my massage where it was extremely hot & all I could smell was pond water & hear the airplanes overhead. There was no kind of ambiance what so ever in the massage tent, had I know that I would have a more stressful day than a relaxing one coming to this spa, I would have opted to not go at all. Do not recommend.
