Came for a friend's birthday. Left with burns after Le Richmond spilled boiling water over my thighs.
A restaurant representative later described my injuries as'minimal, if not nonexistent.'

Le Richmond was an absolute delight. I had the risotto, & it was rich, perfectly cooked, & full of flavor. The atmosphere was wonderful - elegant yet comfortable - making it a great place to truly enjoy the meal. What really stood out was the service: attentive, warm, & genuinely stellar. An all-around fantastic experience, & I'll definitely be going back.

L'ambiance est très bonne & chaleureuse, parfaite pour l'occasion. La nourriture (Couronne d'Agneau) était excellente & j'ai été très satisfait du service.
C'était ma première visite dans cet établissement & j'ai tout adoré. Le service était impeccable & la nourriture délicieuse.
Je reviendrai certainement & je recommande fortement ce restaurant. Merci encore pour cette belle soirée !

I reserved Le Richmond one month in advance for my birthday dinner for 30 people, assuming a restaurant that hosts weddings could handle a group. It was a huge mistake.
The restaurant was almost empty, yet the service was terrible: missing menus, extremely slow service, & we ordered drinks at 8pm & received them after 9pm.
The food was awful. Most items on the already limited menu were out of stock (including the 42 oz steak to share & tuna tartare that everyone wanted). The replacement steak was chewy, pasta arrived cold, one dish tasted like straight garlic, & the drinks were bad (the espresso martini was basically coffee & vodka).
To make things worse, the manager (Jean-Christopher, bartender who claimed to be the manager that night) was rude & mocking when I calmly shared our disappointment, & offered no attempt to fix the situation.
A completely ruined birthday dinner. Do not book this place for groups or celebrations.
A very nice restaurant with ambient lights & atmosphere. The staff is super kind & always asking you about your food experience. We started with the red wine & moved on to the main course. I had the Snow Crab Agnolotti & it was beyond delicious & one of a kind culinary experience. My partner had the Rack of Lamb & he loved the consistency of it for it was very well made. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse & it was beyond delicious & we loved the presentation! Just make reservations & it's a great restaurant for date night with a super hospitable staff. A 10/10 from me :) UPDATE: Went for Brunch at Le Richmond & the food was great ! We had eggs Benedict to omelette to Avocado French toast & we really loved the food. The brunch venue is super cozy & well-light with great service :) MORE UPDATES: Went for Bistro dinner at Le Richmond & it was an awesome cozy experience! We had great service & ordered the Seared Salmon as well as Pesto Rapini & so delicious & fulfilling ❤? For dessert, I had the chocolate eclair & it was incredible 😊 Also took a stroll & checked out Le Richmond marketplace / shopping & there are some great items to watch out for ! Le Richmond never disappoints & I cannot recommend this 11/10 restaurant & venue enough for a get together with family & friends 🥰 MORE UPDATES: At the Richmond Bistro, had the Burrata as an appetizer & it was so delicious followed by Pasta Bolognese & the Meat Lasagna & each bite was heavenly ❤? As always great food & superb service 😊 MORE UPDATES: Went for dinner on a Friday evening & had the Salmon tartare followed by Ragatoni & beef Ravioli & each bite was a gourmet's delight ❤?❤? Full compliments to the chef for making food with so much love & care 🙏🙏 We ended with the blueberry tart & it was beyond delicious ❤?❤? As always fantastic food with fantastic service 😇😇
Le 3 janvier 2026 nous avions une réservation fait avant les fêtes pour notre 34 ans de mariage j'ai même reçu un texto & courriel pour confirmer ma réservation & quand nous sommes arrivés le resto était fermé j'ai payé le valet parking & fait 55 min de route pour allez a ce restaurant. Un manque de respect totalement & une mauvaise gestion de la part du restaurant.
Reserved for my birthday over 2 weeks in advance only to have the reservation cancelled 2 days before for a group event. 👍
Was there for the staff Christmas 🎄 dinner party.

Nous avons collaboré avec le Richmond le temps d'une soirée, pour notre événement annuel de fin d'année pour notre entreprise. L'organisation en amont a été difficile, avec plusieurs communications & changements de dernière minute. Les équipements pour présenter (micro & projecteur) lors de notre soirée n'étaient également pas à la hauteur.
Quant à la soirée elle-même, le service a été impeccable avec un personnel attentionné, avec des plats & cocktails adéquats & savoureux dans l'ensemble. L'espace en soi était propre, lumineux, chaleureux & bien décoré.
Nous avons fait une réservation de groupe pour un cinquantième anniversaire. Nous avons eu une très belle soirée, l'organisation était parfaite, le service était excellent & les plats aussi! Je recommande ce restaurant!
Went to celebrate a birthday with about 40 people. It's a beautiful place. Coffee was very good. We started with a platter of croissants & chocolatines, fresh fruits, a little borata with cherry tomatoes. Then we had 3 choices: Omelette, French Toast or Eggs Benedict with salmon. I had the Eggs Benedict which was very good. We finished with a lovely platter of little lemon tarts, millefeuille, cheese cakes, & tiramisu. Will have to run a marathon to burn it off but it was all really good & a fun party.
Went there for a mtl à table menu & had 4 services. First was smoked salmon with beet puree, then butternut squash with gorgonzola & arugula, then my personal favourite being the ricotta gnocchi with oyster mushrooms (the gnocchi was so airy & light), then a pistachio bonet for dessert. Excellent service, very efficient.
We recently had the pleasure of capturing photo & video for a wedding at Richmond Restaurant in Montreal, & everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning , a beautiful mix of elegance & modern charm, with great lighting & atmosphere that made every shot look amazing.
The staff were incredibly professional & accommodating throughout the day, making our work seamless & enjoyable. From the setup to the service & the food, every detail was top-notch.
Highly recommended not only as a dining experience but also as a fantastic wedding venue!

Beautiful spot. Staff was very nice.
That being said, service was slow. Also, we were there for brunch. A few people had eggs benedict. All of them were overcooked, with some the yolk on some of them being hard. The staff brought new eggs & even those were overcooked.
I don't expect I will return but if I did, I might get some sandwich from the coffee counter instead.
J'ai assisté au mariage de ma nièce, samedi dernier le 20 septembre. Wow! Quel endroit exceptionnel! La nourriture était extraordinaire &, que dire du service, des employés complètement dédiés à leurs invités, aux petits soins!. J'en garde un souvenir incroyable! Ils ont mandaté les services de l'organisatrice sur place. Bravo! Vous avez livré la marchandise ++++Merci à tous d'avoir fait de ce mariage un évènement exceptionnel.
