Restaurant was quiet, but romantic atmosphere, welcoming & warm. We were surprised as it was quite busy last time we came. Chef is from Rome & pasta is homemade. They have a huge wheel of Grana Padano for their pasta flambee, if you want something a bit showy for dinner (in our case, for a birthday celebration).
We ordered the antipasto plate to start, each took different plates for the meal, a few glasses of wine & 2 desserts to share.
Menu is well curated, & feels very authentic. The only downside was the selection of bread they offer at the beginning, some type of dry bun - we would've preffered ciabatta or foccacia, & served warm. Otherwise, we were really stuffed & enjoyed the meal & atmosphere!
A very nice restaurant with ambient lights & atmosphere. The staff is super kind & always asking you about your food experience. We started with the red wine & moved on to the main course. I had the Snow Crab Agnolotti & it was beyond delicious & one of a kind culinary experience. My partner had the Rack of Lamb & he loved the consistency of it for it was very well made. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse & it was beyond delicious & we loved the presentation! Just make reservations & it's a great restaurant for date night with a super hospitable staff. A 10/10 from me :) UPDATE: Went for Brunch at Le Richmond & the food was great ! We had eggs Benedict to omelette to Avocado French toast & we really loved the food. The brunch venue is super cozy & well-light with great service :) MORE UPDATES: Went for Bistro dinner at Le Richmond & it was an awesome cozy experience! I was at Richmond for valentines dinner. We had a great time. The place is beautiful, our server was amazing & proposed very good wine options that perfectly paired with our food. The buratta was very tasty, tuna tartare was fresh & flavorful & the rib steak was just wow. I will be back.
Overall it was good. We were a group of 8, when we initially only ordered 2 bottles of wine , but after finishing them the waitress did not ask us if we wanted to order extra & instead just popped 3 more of them without asking & went right ahead to serve them but we did not realize until the bill arrived
Super cute spot. In the summer they have a really nice indoor terasse set up. Had drinks at the bar, did not have any food. Had a litchi martini, it was good! Has a nice wine selection, along with gorgeous bathrooms. Would be a great spot to book privately for an event. Bartender super nice & attentive for service as well.
Thursday night yet the restaurant was EMPTY! There were literally 2 other tables a side from ours. Our server was kind but clearly never trained, brought the wrong bottle of wine twice, could not answer basic questions on the menu, did not refill our glasses, etc. With the lack of labor, I can understand & accept that, not a big deal. Where the restaurant really fell short of expectations was on quality! Fois gras poilé was served cold, steak was over cooked, they ran out of Perrier after 1 bottle served. On top of that the chef flat out refused to serve the steak with grilled/crushed garlic, our poor server had to share with us the awkward refusal. Tons of great restaurants in Montreal, 120$ steak or 35$ carbonara can be had in many better locations around town.
Had the most amazing experience with Jonathan for my mom's birthday. He made sure we had everything to make us feel special & Bassim was there to suggest the best wine & cocktails. Very qualified employees. New menu is also very flavoured & beautifully presented.

We ate at the Bistro & the food was good. We were a group of 18, the menu was a fixed menu, not family style. There was one change on the menu from what we had previously arranged but they accommodated our group to add it to the menu. Overall service was good there were a few disappointments. 1) the bartender did not have a cocktail list. Very surprised by this, over priced fun interesting drinks are part of most restaurants 2) Most of the group drank wine or beer anyway. I asked for an amaro after dinner & the waiter had never heard of the word. I used "digestif" & he understood but was not sure if they had it, they did. 2) the food was OK, not great, if felt like a banquet not a made to order dinner. One of our guests asked for their sirloin to be rare but they were all pre cooked to medium. The servings were not large but adequate. The food we ate was tasty but not unique. The waiter that looked after our table did the best that he could. He worked hard & did his best to satisfy our thirsty crowd. Would I go back? maybe I would try the restaurant with a small group but compared to other group dinners I have arranged, & I have arranged many, this one was just OK.
