The food was delicious. Everything on the menu offered something for someone I had the green Shuka & my friend had the all in all in one meal which offered all the different type of breakfast, savory, savoury & sweet. Love the music & the ambiance of the restaurant. It's very busy but it's worth the wait & you have to check out the bathroom.
Visited from Toronto & this was my 3rd time trying this restaurant! Food portions are grand & so delicious! Staff is friendly & attentive. Had an amazing breakfast! Kid friendly too! Would recommend.
Wait was about 35 mins out front, they don't take your name down, you just stand in line & they seat you by how many are in your group as tables clear. Pecan French toast & dirty chai were yummy. Barbacoa breakfast dish was aight. Not much flavor goin on. Bathrooms are dope. Staff is super friendly. Overall was good! Just maybe not worth the wait / hype if the line is super long when you get there.
L'Avenue is a great little breakfast place that has amazing atmosphere & environment with delicious food. I highly recommend the carrot cake pancakes.
This has to be THE BEST breakfast/brunch spot in Montreal. The atmosphere was amazing & the servers were super friendly. Special shout out to Keegan. You are amazing! :) We visited during a very busy time but they made sure everything was smooth. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their breakfast menu. We tried 4 items from the indecisive options & they were all amazing!
Super delicious for breakfast - bring your appetite! Loved the names of the dishes, they totally fit the feelings. Our party tried two of the "indecisive" breakfast, & a "I'll have it all!" Real maple syrup seals the deal. Delicious.
Perfect spot for breakfast & lunch in town! We had an amazing time enjoying the best brunch dishes & drinks. A must-try destination!
One of the best places for breakfast in Montreal, & one of the busiest. If you are patient & dont mind waiting at least 30 minutes for a table, on a day where its not too busy, you will be well rewarded. Whatever you choose will be excellent, & you will leave with a full belly & a great Montreal breakfast experience!
We spend almost 3 hours to have a breakfast. Food was really good but expensive. Service was really bad we waited for 30 minutes for the bill. We waited for more than 30 minutes to give the orde
Best popular breakfast spot, IMO. You'll be full!!! Bathrooms are quite eccentric too!
We went here for breakfast, & they had a variety of eye-catching options. We ended up getting Bobby Does Dallas & The Indecisive with Lemon & Blueberry Pancakes. All were very delicious. Bobby Does Dallas tends to be a little sweet, possibly because of the caramelized onion & another ingredient, which gives the steak a unique & delightful taste. However, it may become a bit repetitive & too much if you plan to finish the whole dish.
Went for the pecan pie French toast. Exceeded expectations. Most delicious breakfast ever!!! Bagel & homemade cream cheese was super yummy also. We actually ate there twice during our 4 days in Montreal. Superb both times. Awesome atmosphere, inside & out. We truly enjoyed both breakfasts here. Whether you need to or not, go to the restroom on the right. You're welcome. 😂
Wow .. my first breakfast in Montreal .. & the bar has been set very hight . Great food & amazing atmosphere. I had the "have it all" with scrambled eggs, French toast & pancakes. Oh .. the bacon & sausage .. to die for !! Great tasting everything My choice 💋👌🏼
What a great place to have a family breakfast. The Food was outstanding. I little pricey. $193.00 for 4 + a 6 year old, for a breakfast. But very good. The service was the best I have seen in a long time.
food is so delicious , variety of choices Jasmine waitress was nice & helpful although we asked for the drinks to be served with food but it came after we finished our breakfast The person who greeted us at the entrance ( jessica ) was nice at first but as soon as we asked her to take back the tea & serve it with the food so we dont have to drink cold she got mad & talked very rude to us with bad altitude & told us that we should of told her from beginning & its to late . Jessica ruined our experience we did informed her colleague about her behavior & she didnt even care to apologize .
After watching a YouTube review of this place I made it a "Must Go" stop on this trip. The place did NOT disappoint. It's a smaller place & the tables are packed in there but that really helps set the atmosphere. It's loud. For anyone that's noise-a-phobic this one may trigger you but I found it great & could clearly hear the person I was with. The service was fast & they have no problem with English for the travellers in town that struggle with ordering in French. The food was great & you can watch it being prepared at the open counter. A very eclectic place to eat at & a must go for anyone serious about breakfast & brunch.
As far as I am concerned this was the best brunch & breakfast in North America. Periodt. I had the "I'll have it All" a few times & it's my favorite. Everything was wonderful, eggs, pancake, french toast & the bacon is cooked perfectly. The coffee was wonderful I had the "bowl" of latte. ONLY NEGATIVE - its not located in New York or closer to me
