J'ai une résidence à Tremblant depuis 10 ans & Le Quintessence a toujours été un de mes restaurants préférés. Ce soir ce n'était pas bon. Les pâtes au homard étaient trop cuites & ne goûtaient rien. Pâteuses, pas de sauce & fade. Le foie gras en entrée avait tellement de nervure qu'on a laissé la moitié. J'espère qu'ils vont se ressaisir parce que je vois bien que les commentaires sont de moins en moins bons & j'aime bien l'endroit.
Cuisine décevante pour le prix des plats. Nous étions 6 & personne n'a aimé son plat principal. Excellents desserts. La terrasse est magnifique mais ne vaut pas ce prix

Lovely setting excellent food & gorgeous lake view & sunset. We had the sweetest waitress. Loved the Les Moines en Provence cocktail. I had the octopus & husband had the beef. Both were delicious & plentiful. The Melilot Flower crème brûlée was a perfect light dessert to end the evening.
Amazing experience. One of the best restaurants in the Tremblant area & only seconds from the village. We sat on the patio & the views of the lake were breathtaking around sunset. The service was impecable & the ambiance matched. Oh, & the food? One of the best-tasting meals I've had in years with a wine list that goes on for miles to pair everything nicely. The confit white onion with fermented wheat risotto was an absolute flavour explosion!

One of the best dining experiences in Quebec. My fiancé & I had our anniversary dinner & it was absolutely amazing. The seafood tower was super fresh & delicious. Definitely recommended place for any type of event.
We had brunch with beautiful views of the lake & absolutely loved it. The service was lovely & the food felt very homemade. We tried the breakfast bagel & the classic breakfast with eggs & sausage-everything was delicious, & the potatoes & sausage weren't greasy at all. Highly recommend!
This is a classy restaurant inside the Hotel Quintessence in Tremblant. It is designed with French chateau theme with exceptional menu from traditional escargot to prime rib to dessert. They also have music at certain nights & we experienced a very nice lady singing while playing the piano beautifully complementing the dinne
Great dining experience. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the ambience. We had lamb chops & shared the prime rib, which was cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Very elegant, quaint & delicious.
Nous regrettons la lenteur du service sur le repas & à l'arrivée où nous avons dû attendre 10 minutes devant le pupitre. Nous avons regretté aussi de découvrir le prix de la margarhita a 24 dollars sur la facture alors qu'un Moscow mule nous a été facturé à 14. Nous comprenons pas cette différence, & nous aurions apprécié qu'on nous dise le prix puisqu'il n'y avait pas de menu pour les cocktails classiques. Néanmoins, le repas a été fabuleux. Bravo
Quelle expérience! Mon mari & moi y avons célébré notre lune de miel & nous avons mangé notre meilleur repas à vie! Nourriture tellement goûteuse, fraîche, & on sent tout l'amour qui est mis dans chaque repas. Tout est fait maison avec des ingrédients de qualité & ça fait toute une différence. Les portions sont vraiment adéquates aussi. C'est beaucoup plus cher que les restaurants où nous avons l'habitude d'aller, mais ça vaut tellement la peine! & l'ambiance est tellement agréable. Nous avons été placés à la table près du petit feu & c'était tellement romantique & chaleureux. Le service était super aussi! La serveuse a même offert de prendre des photos de nous à notre départ pour immortaliser le moment, dans leurs magnifiques marches en colimaçon. En plus en bonus nous avons reçu des petits macarons de leur part pour célébrer notre mariage, une petite attention bien appréciée. Nous y retournerons définitivement, car c'est une expérience à revivre!

Le service impeccable & attentionné de tout le personnel a rendu notre expérience mémorable. Le restaurant est chaleureux & offre une belle vue sur l'extérieur. Nous avons tout aimé : les cocktails, les boissons, les entrées, les plats principaux & les desserts. Je vous recommande particulièrement le flétan en plat principal. Nous avons hâte de retourner dans ce restaurant. Il y a également une terrasse en été. Le stationnement garanti pour les clients du restaurant a été particulièrement apprécié.
Complètement décadent & extraordinaire !!!! Nous avons mangé dehors à l'heure du coucher du soleil, la vue est à couper le souffle. C'est tellement bon, vous en voudrez encore & encore !!!!!
