The food at Queues de Castor - BeaverTails (Bas du village) was good & we enjoyed what we ordered. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience.

The guy preparing & handing out the food was extremely rude & unfriendly. It was honestly surprising & definitely not the type of service you expect, especially in such a busy tourist area like Tremblant. Management should be aware of this because it can really affect the overall experience for customers.

Good food, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

J'étais avec ma famille anglophone l'employée francaise de france leur parle en francais seulement alors qu'ils sont des touristes & ne comprennent rien... Tu travailles à Tremblant ta clientèle c'est des touristes fait un effort pour parler un minimum d'anglais.
