J'étais avec ma famille anglophone l'employée francaise de france leur parle en francais seulement alors qu'ils sont des touristes & ne comprennent rien... Tu travailles à Tremblant ta clientèle c'est des touristes fait un effort pour parler un minimum d'anglais.

Went to the bottom location in mont Tremblant on Saturday July 11at about
2:15 pm. Waited in line about 10 minutes & ended up leaving without any order. Customer behind me, man about 55 years old, kept coming real close to me, annoyed but stayed in line. A male worker came to great thean but not me. When I politely said I was next in line & hadn't been served, the customer sneered at me & the worker laughed & totally ignored me. Absolutely rude service! I left immediately as I was furious without ordering anything. I went to the location further up instead, they were nice. Avoid this one at all costs as service is terrible!

El poutine de bacon está buenísimo. Tiene pocos asientos pero bueno ambiente. Casi cometo el error de pedir un chocolate caliente con este calor, pero gracias al cajero que me hizo reaccionar, me salvé de derretirme. Excelente atención!
