Their restrooms are nasty as hell.. I saw them using the dirty bucket fill with ice & used it for the customers. They really need to work on the hygiene. Simply dirty & nasty. Food was okay too.
horrific customer service by a certain man idk his name but he was there thursday night. he was extremely rude. he spoke to us as if we were children it was incredible rude i will never return. ive mever been treated that disrespectfully by an employee this was shocking
une belle soirée au Central Tapas,le manger super bon & une très belle ambiance,les serveuses très gentilles & Alex fait tout pour qu'on ne manque de rien,je vais y retourner à ma prochaine visite à Tremblant c'est certain..... merci la gang 😃🍻
J'ai célébré mes 60 ans hier au Central. Que dire de la bouffe a part que tout était délicieux, & un service impeccable! A refaire, & que dire du beau cowboy qui nous a acceuilli. J'ai adorée 🥰
Pour ma fête ont avais réservé pour 3 a 19h samedi soir, ont rentre la serveuse une fois nos pichets arrivé nous mentionne que nous devons quitter pour 20h car la.place etais reservé... je demande de voir le gérant! Nous dit que ce n'étais pas notre place qui devait quitter ,qu'on pouvait commander (30 min de perte de temps a essayé de comprendre ou de se trouver une alternative de quitter pour afin nous dire que cetais okay la serveuse etait toute perdu). Prix exorbitant pour des tapas minuscules... l'ambiance etait parfaite jusqu'à temps quune gang de filles (entterement de vie de jeune fille) arrive (20h) , on se fesaient bousculer car notre table etais en plein milieu de la place , sa ne fesais que gueuler , on navais été carrement mise à l'écart.. ont a pas terminé nos repas ni nos verre car ont a du partir a cause de tout ses vas & viens derriere nos chaises qui nous basculaient , poussait ! on demande la facture la serveuse nous dit dattendre car elle veux finir de prendre la commande des filles (une trentaines) elle etaient seul comme serveuse ... il a fallu aller au bar demander de payer par une barmaid qui nous as carrément ignorer... honnêtement javais hâte mais fini totalement déçu! pourtant le gérant etait tres sympathique. Je ny retournerai pas . Quel beau souper de fête 🤟
My first experience at this tapas restaurant was disappointing. The food was served cold, & the mocktail was only average. The photos displayed outside the restaurant looked very appealing, but the reality did not live up to the expectations. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied with the experience.
I went to this bar last night with some of my friends, bought a few rounds WITH tipping, but on my very last one I decided to tip with cash instead. But as she saw me, enter zero on the machine, she tried to grab it out of my hand & then proceeded to tell me she would not serve me if I wasn't going to tip her.
So ridiculous, so unprofessional, me & the group of ppl I brought here left immediately after!
Hier, ma gang de fille & moi sommes sortie au Central pour nos 40 ans! Nous avons passé une magnifique soirée, comme dans notre jeune temps! Alex le capitaine & Oli Hutson ont été généreux avec nous afin de s'assurer que nous passions une excellente soirée! Nous avons eu un bon service, la musique était parfaite & on n'a même pu écouter la game du CH! Bref, 8 filles recommandent vivement ce resto pour tous les contextes! Merci les gars!
