Their service is poor, & they expect a 20% tip. If you don't give it, they'll say,'the service is always like this, & if you don't like it, don't come back! We will black list you!' I calmly replied,'ok, I won't come back.' Somehow, my indifferent attitude upset them, & the male manager confronted me & my husband, shouting at us. This place is a complete circus. I suspect they've already blacklisted many residents of West Island. We definitely need another dim sum restaurant to compete with this terrible place.
It's is by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had... Extremely slow service & totally rude staff !!!
Don't bother going, your time & money deserve better !

I would give a'0' if there was one. I went to pickup an UE food order for a client on St Valentine day & the manager pointed at me very arrogantly in front of the big line up of customers waiting for picking up their orders with his finger as If I was his dog. Few mins later a nice person next that was speaking in british accent went to inquire on his late order & the owner told him off, his wife started saying rude rude in a loud voice as they got very made, I hope he steps in & share his negative experience. Another kid comes in & accuses me that I was blocking the way when I became angry & started asking to be treated as humans & with respect, a young lady came in & hit me in the shoulder & right away that kid took her side & pointed his finger to my head saying do not scream at my girlfriend, I was not even talking to her. I cancelled the order & left. I will file in a police report, hopefully they will get a big fine & license sudpended, very arogant, rude, disrespectful management.
Had a good experience at Imperial Dim Sum. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, & came out hot. Service was smooth & the place felt comfortable. Prices are a bit higher than other dim sum spots, but the quality is there. Still a nice treat once in a while.
great service great food tasty & hot. reasonably priced. of course I try to go on hours when they are less busy. not wanting to wait in the cold weather. this restaurant is operated professionaly. real Gem
Very good! I was always disappointed with the dimsum options in montréal but this was very good. Sadly it's quite expensive but that's my only comment. The Charsiu BBQ buns are to die for !
The service wasn't bad, they were not rude, but I don't think you should have to run after the server for a glass of water. Don't order the beef. The texture was rubber like & the server said that because they give big portions, they couldn't garantie good quality of the meat. The general tao was alright, not the best. Dumplings were good.
Great place with plenty of parking & excellent service.
The food is underwhelming & bland however. Underseasoned is an understatement.
We had Dimsum & it was generally ok.
The chicken feet were good.
The dumplings seemed starchy & bland.
The hot & sour soup was neither hot or sour - easily fixed.
Fried stuff was ok.
Overall it is a repeat for us based on the fantastic service.
Good but not great.
