Took advantage of a mother & her young kids by badgering her that tiping 19% (5$ on 25$ meal) was too low. Waitress/cashier was handed 40$ in cash & the waitress only accepted to hand back 5$. Seriously avoid this place & their awful customer service/practices.

The service was terrible, especially from a red-haired woman-her attitude was completely unacceptable. The food was also bad, & I couldn't find anything tasty. It's far worse than the Nan'an branch. I definitely won't be coming back to this place. The restaurant is huge with plenty of seating, yet they ignored customers, didn't seat us or make any arrangements, & their attitude was awful.👎
