Had a good experience at Imperial Dim Sum. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, & came out hot. Service was smooth & the place felt comfortable. Prices are a bit higher than other dim sum spots, but the quality is there. Still a nice treat once in a while.
great service great food tasty & hot. reasonably priced. of course I try to go on hours when they are less busy. not wanting to wait in the cold weather. this restaurant is operated professionaly. real Gem
Take out food was over one hour late from time app told me to show up. The food itself? Sesame beef was awful. Not crunchy & the beef was very questionable. Cantonese chow mein was so-so. Big chunks, but not very fresh. The pork dumplings were okay. Extremely over-priced & the wait made it a complete negative experience. Avoid!!
We went at the imperial with a group of friends. After 2 min getter the menu, the waiter was keep on coming & rushing to take the order. We were asking at least 8 min to look at the menu. So each of us ordered our own plate.
At the paying time, we wanted to have our own bill, but the waiter gave us one bill for the table, he didnt want to give us individual bill like other restaurant do. It was very complicated to divided our bills since each of our plate was not the same price.
Never going back.

Went here with family to try it out even after seeing 3.0 ratings in hopes it would be good but honestly the only things that were good was the look the restaurant & the food quantity sizes for the prices. Other then that the customer service was bad.. the greeting girl was good & I would tip her but the others was another story. We ordered 4 items & 1st item arrived 2nd item arrived after 12 minutes other food did not show up until after 15 minutes when first 2 items got cold. My family & I were unhappy with the service & I was furious. Yet the guy had the nerve to ask why I didn't tip him/them 🙄 after me runnin around to ask where is my good & trying to get there attention because we needed other items. I would not recommend if you want to enjoy with friends & family. Very disappointed 😞
Very nice chinese restaurant with dishes from multiple provinces. Seen a lots of weterns people enjoyinh their meal there, pretty rare for a Chinese restaurant to achieve that (about half of customers are westerns people). Meals come in large portion, didnt really expect that much amount at the price they give
Nice elegant Chinese restaurant in the West Island. Plenty of parking available. Food is tasty with good portions. Price is on the upper end. The service was nothing special. The temperature was extremely hot. Borderline unbearable. Asked if they could make it a little cooler & the response was that the air conditioning was at maximum. I estimate that it was around 25 degrees
Was there for Father's Day dim sum lunch at 10.30am . We came from out of town to celebrate there because their location was convenient.
Place was clean ,well decorated, some of the elder waiters were not polite, some younger ones were very nice . Food tasted generally OK but some were cold to touch ,possibly were too rush to send to customers. Washrooms were OK .Food prices were not expensive. Hope their management will pay attention to Foods quality & train the waiters be more polite. We were a bit disappointed.

I have had better quality foods in other Asian restaurants. Food is not that good for the price you pay. Horrible service, Staffs are rude & arrogant. Not going back.

Ordered to go. General Tao chicken & Cantonese noodles seafood. It's a little pricey $53.93 for two dishes but both portions were huge - enough for left over for a second meal. Very tasty & delicious. Lady at counter nice & patient as I figured out on the phone what to order. Kitchen close by 8.30pm so must order before that!
Hope to return for dim sum next visit.
Some of the food was too salty & waiters are doing unnecessary task (promoting & moving a dish we're already eating) while forgetting to do what they should do (like refilling tea or bringing condiment we asked). Some previous reviews mentioned they changed the price on the spot & I can definitely confirm that's true.
A great Chinese restaurant hidden in the West Island. Similar to other large restaurants with a focus on big quantities & sharing of plates. Really a place to eat lots of Chinese food for a good price. Also the Hot & Sour soup here is delicious.
