Food is delicious no need to go downtown for some great Chinese food ! Plates are very generous portions & all amazing ! Waiters were very friendly too !
Excellent service, best Chinese food in West Island, the restaurant is so spacious with a super high ceiling & the price is not expensive too, l recommend to everyone should try it.
Ate here recently. Food was good, decent portions but expensive. However, ZERO STARS for service. Service was practically absent. No one comes to ask you if you need anything. They don't even give you water. Asked for water, waited 20 minutes & had to ask again. Water never refilled either. Workers seem annoyed when you ask them for anything & are quite rude as well. The workers are not friendly, don't smile or acknowledge you. I did notice however that they were friendly to & more attentive to customers of Chinese descent. How do I know this? Because they were speaking the same language. They got their water right away...I wonder why? Asked for the bill & had to wait another 20 minutes. I'm usually a generous tipper, especially when I'm happy with the service. So when I only gave 10% tip, yes 10% tip, he said to me'10%??? You're so cheap!' This server, provided almost NO service & still expected a good tip??? FOR WHAT? I would not be surprised if they blacklist me lol. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere. There are better places to eat with workers who actually know how to work.

WAKE UP, OWNER! You easily have the best Chinese food in Montreal, 100%. The kitchen is amazing, but your waiters are completely ignorant & incompetent. To make matters worse, they actually expect a 20% tip for terrible service! 😂 Great food won't save a business run by a staff this bad. Fix your service before you ruin your own success!
Food was excellent. Restaurant was full but we got served within a reasonable time (approx 20min) for the first dish. Always our goto for Chinese food whether West Island or the south shore. .
Although the food itself was decent & the portions were reasonable for the price, the service was extremely disappointing. In a restaurant, service matters just as much as the food, & unfortunately this was some of the worst service I've experienced at a Chinese restaurant.
We had to repeatedly ask for basic things throughout the meal. We weren't given utensils or water without asking, & our water was never refilled. When we requested hot sauce, we were told it would be brought shortly, but after waiting about 10 minutes, we had to ask two more times before receiving it.
The staff were not particularly welcoming, & none of the employees smiled or appeared interested in providing good service. Items brought to the table, including water & a fresh pot of tea (which we also had to request), were placed down abruptly, almost as if we were inconveniencing them.
When the bill came, we left a 14% tip. The service did not warrant more, but we still wanted to leave something. The waiter, whose only interaction with our table had been bringing water, proceeded to count the cash in front of us & acted as though there was money missing. I had to tell him twice that the amount was correct & complete.
One final observation: we were the only non-White & non-Asian customers in the restaurant, & we did not see staff count the money at any other table. I can't say whether that was related, but it certainly left an uncomfortable impression.
The food was enjoyable, but the service & overall experience were poor enough that we will not be returning.
Very nice chinese restaurant with dishes from multiple provinces. Seen a lots of weterns people enjoyinh their meal there, pretty rare for a Chinese restaurant to achieve that (about half of customers are westerns people). Meals come in large portion, didnt really expect that much amount at the price they give
Your food is delicious but you have VERY, VERY bad service. Your floor staff is rude, ignores people & they are very slow... Everone we talk to about your Pointe-Claire restaurant make the same comments. Maybe you only want to service Chinese people? If not you have to GREATLY improve waiters & waitresses training & teach them to be friendly, pay attention to customers requests & more rapid.
