Very disappointing service. Upon arrival, no explanation or attention was given (menu only available by scan, without checking if we could do it). The dishes were delivered without any follow-up.
The server brought the bill before we had finished, without ever introducing himself or checking if we needed anything. On the payment machine, the suggested tip percentages started at 18 % (18 %, 20 %, etc.).
Because of the service, I left a 10 % tip. The server reacted aggressively, intimidated me in English while I was trying to explain, & even commented aloud on our tip to nearby customers.
Completely unprofessional & unacceptable behavior.
Service très décevant. À notre arrivée, aucune explication ni attention (menu uniquement par scan, sans vérifier si c'était possible). Les plats ont été déposés sans suivi.
Le serveur est venu apportez la facture alors que nous n'avions pas terminé, sans jamais s'être présenté auparavant ni avoir vérifié si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. Sur la machine de paiement, les pourcentages de pourboire suggérés commençaient à 18 % (18 %, 20 %, etc.).
Ayant laissé 10 % en raison du service, le serveur a réagi de façon agressive, m'a intimidée en anglais alors que je m'exprimais difficilement, & a même commenté notre pourboire à voix haute auprès d'autres clients.
Comportement inacceptable & très peu professionnel.
We went at the imperial with a group of friends. After 2 min getter the menu, the waiter was keep on coming & rushing to take the order. We were asking at least 8 min to look at the menu. So each of us ordered our own plate.
At the paying time, we wanted to have our own bill, but the waiter gave us one bill for the table, he didnt want to give us individual bill like other restaurant do. It was very complicated to divided our bills since each of our plate was not the same price.
Never going back.
Best Quality Ingredients & Fresh food. Big portions & Service is great as well. If the place is busy, expect some normal delays.
Not pleased with their food. The beef were mixed with mostly bad cut & little good cut. Only small amount are tender, mostly tough meat. Running restaurant with this kind of'smart' idea, will eventually hurt your own business. Will not come back.
The food here is pretty good - I've been coming to this restaurant for many years & never had any complaints. Last night was no different in terms of food quality. However, our server insisted that we increase our tip, saying what we left wasn't enough for her. Tips should be the customer's choice, & no one should feel pressured to add more.

Went here with family to try it out even after seeing 3.0 ratings in hopes it would be good but honestly the only things that were good was the look the restaurant & the food quantity sizes for the prices. Other then that the customer service was bad.. the greeting girl was good & I would tip her but the others was another story. We ordered 4 items & 1st item arrived 2nd item arrived after 12 minutes other food did not show up until after 15 minutes when first 2 items got cold. My family & I were unhappy with the service & I was furious. Yet the guy had the nerve to ask why I didn't tip him/them 🙄 after me runnin around to ask where is my good & trying to get there attention because we needed other items. I would not recommend if you want to enjoy with friends & family. Very disappointed 😞
Food. Delicious, fresh & hot.
Service. Good to average. It's often hard to get people's attention especially when you're trying to get sauces & dips etc.
Atmosphere. It's nice & clean, however, it's one big space & when busy can be a bit loud & lacking of personal space.
This is one of my preferred restaurants to have dim sum, including their south shore location.
They use an app ordering method requiring the customer to have a smart device to connect to their wifi & order the dishes one desires. I personally appreciate this as I don't have to wait for a server unless I have a question about the food. I do love the old school model where people walk around with a trolly filled with foods & you just ask & they place it on your table like I'm china town, but this is so quick & easy & I don't have to deal with china town traffic or parking.
I found everything to be tasty, flavourful, properly filled with good amounts of filling, however, I do think the pricing is a little higher than it should be. I have had their Chinese foods here as well & found the food to also be very delicious but that's for another review.
As usual, I will be coming back for more.
Un peu déçu par ce restaurant chinois à Pointe-Claire. Plats traditionnels, certes, mais un service qui laisse à désirer & un cadre le soir qui est carrément froid.
Food quality is low. Shrimp were completely raw the first time, & when returned, came back cooked but tasting metallic. Soup arrived tepid/room temperature. Service was reasonable but one server smelled heavily of cigarettes. Waiting when taking our order encourages us to take several additional dishes, & in the end we had 3X-4X too much food for a group of 10. Not a high quality offering.
it is very easy to order! you scan a qrcode to order food, you need to ask verbally for utensils or water. the tea tasted a little fishy for me but thats just my personal opinion. the chow mein was hugeee, not as juicy as i wanted though. it was about 200$ for a group of 14.

Nous sommes venus durant la fin de semaine pour essayer, je peux vous dire que le jeune a caisse est vraiment pas la bonne représentation du resto; impoli, occupé à être sur son cellulaire, 0 respect au livreur, répond sans meme te regarder- vraiment désagréable!
Mais une fois qu on est assis, le reste de l'équipe est tres accueillant & surtout…tres éfficace! les plats sont succulents & portion tres généreuse.
On voulait donner du pourboire personnel à notre serveur, mais il dit qu il doit le rammener, car c'est partagé? Franchement… partager avec du monde qui le mérite au moins!
Bref, changez de caissier & je suis sur vous auriez minimum 4-5 /5!!!
