Nous avons été très déçu de notre repas. Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation & 2 plats étaient carrément mauvais: les oursins noyés dans une sauce style béchamel très riche & peu relevée (ce n'est pas une espuma du tout). Les cavatelli (pâtes) étaient beaucoup trop salés & avec la joue de porc ça ajoutait au goût salé & gras. Plat pas du tout équilibré. L'amuse bouche par contre était délicieux & goûtait la mer (très frais). Le dessert était correct sans plus. Les vins dégustés (H2) étaient bien choisis & distinctifs, mais le vin blanc servi trop froid à notre goût. Le décor est magnifique. Le service impeccable. Nous avons apprécié la visite du cellier à la fin du repas. Dommage que le menu dégustation n'ait pas été à la hauteur, surtout quand on paie 89$ & 80$ pour les vins (169$ pour un repas, on s'attend à plus). Aucun pain n'a été servi, ni mignardises à la fin. Nos cocktails en apéritif étaient aussi délicieux. On a peut-être été malchanceux avec notre choix de menu. Merci.

Nous avons pris le menu découverte, 5 services. Pétoncles, oursins, joue de porc, caille & dessert aux poires, accompagné d'une excellente bouteille de Barbera à 72$. Tout parfait! EXQUIS!

Belle accueil & service. La nourriture est bonne & les vins sont biens sélectionnés. Un bémol, l'assiette d'agneau avant plus de lord que d'agneau.
