Le service, l'accueil & l'ambiance = excellent rien à dire.
Cependant, le menu 5 services & les plats à la carte sont très simples & manquent de goût & d'originalité, les plats sont fades en général & c'est dommage parce que la qualité des produits était bonne & la présentation très belle.

Ma première expérience fut incroyable c' était la semaine de mtr à table
je suis retourné samedi & amener 3 nouvelles personnes
Deux memol; tout était froid & notre serveur était un peu mêler d' ailleurs avec l accord vin il faudrait mentionner que le premier verre arrive au 2e service vous oerdez une vete d alcool rester à manger avec un verre d 'eau c est pas top
nous avions prit l 'apero au lounge mais nous aurions accompagné le 1er service d' un verre assurément
Les nous points; les explications des vins & alcool & de la nourriture
Les goûts étaient bons pour la nourriture mais la coquille fruit de mer & la lasagne peut être parce que c' était froid était correct

C'est tellement bon de voir qu'enfin, la cuisine & le service de h3 sont appréciés comme mérité. Samedi (9-12), le resto bourdonnait de clients heureux qui se régalaient. Nous avons eu le bonheur d'apprécier le menu dégustation 5 services avec accord mets-vins. Servis par Laurie, Julie & Thomas, accompagnés par Amélie la sommelière, l'expérience était encore une fois parfaite. Chef Chen nous a même fait la surpise de venir servir lui-même le deuxième plat... Nous serons de retour, au plus tard en début d'année. C'est sans doute la résolution du nouvel An qui sera la plus facile à tenir! :) xxx
