Une brigade absolument professionnelle, passionnée & attentionnée.
Un espace restaurant lumineux, aéré & très agréable.
Un menu dégustation raffiné & recherché, aux saveurs & textures complexes mettant en valeur les produits locaux.
Des propositions d'accord vins fantastiques, présentées par un sommelier ultra compétent & épris de son sujet.
Nous avons même eu droit à une visite de la cave, quelle belle attention !
Je recommande hautement cette table de la classe des grands, à s'offrir pour les belles occasions à souligner.

La nourriture était vraiment incroyable! Tout est fait avec finesse & précision. Le choix des ingrédients est superbe & franchement j'ai déjà hâte de pouvoir revenir y manger!

Très bon service.

La carte des vins est très complète avec plusieurs choix bio.

Je recommande fortement, vous allez vous régaler!

Deuxième visite au H3, la première visite nous avez charmé, cependant la deuxième un peu moins, le service était ordinaire & froid, le personnel semblait très occupé & le coeur n'y était pas vraiment. Les cocktails sont tjrs aussi délicieux & spectaculaires, les assiettes également, cependant le flétan était froid. Je suis restée un peu déçue... c'est dans la constance qu'un restaurant de démarque... je vais leur donner une autre chance!

Première expérience au H3! Une expérience culinaire vraiment digne de mention. Une cuisine rafinée & surprenante. & que dire de la qualité du service. Simplement WoW! Fanny & Caroline ont fait un service de main de maître réalisant l'impossible pour le 50e anniversaire de mes parents. Un must!!!!!!
