L'expérience globale est mitigée. Le personnel est serviable & sympathique, rien à redire de ce côté. Le personnel qui apporte les plats à table mériterait de revoir quelques règles de bienséance de la restauration haut de gammes. Cuisine bistronomique sympa, mais rien de transcendant. Tataki de boeuf sur brioche assez fade (aucune saveur ne sort du lot). Pour le magret de canard, pareil. Peau pas croustillante, manque de sel, les carottes mériteraient aussi plus d'assaisonnement. Dessert très beau visuellement, mais encore une fois, manque de saveurs.
Pour la carte des vins, évidemment le terrain de jeu est immense. C'est juste dommage que ces beaux vins ne puissent pas être accompagnés d'une nourriture gastronomique digne de ce nom.
Pour deux personnes, une addition à 560$. À ce prix là, je préfère manger chez Toqués pour un peu plus cher.
L'ambiance générale est chouette. Le service valet gratuit est très apprécié en plein centre ville.
Pour résumer, côté nourriture, la copie est à revoir. Pour le service, un peu plus de formation pour atteindre un niveau supérieur. Pour la boisson, c'est parfait. Le cadre est bien.

The food was good however the portions are just huge & it's wasting food since no one can eat the portions. They are aware, they need to reduce the portions if they want people to return to the restaurant.

Our experience with a group of 30 was hindered by EXTREMELY slow service, with just one waiter attending to us. The extended wait times were disappointing, & it significantly affected our overall satisfaction.

Great experience dining at h3 for a birthday, the chef was kind enough to accommodate some dietary restrictions in the tasting menu & we got a little extra birthday celebration touch that was great & very thoughtful. Everything was delicious & unique, the service was perfect. Thank you for a great experience.

Le restaurant était peu achalandé, moins qu'en décembre dernier alors que c'était plus festif. Toujours aussi bon, service excellent (les 4 convives ont été servis en même temps!). Félicitations pour la très belle cave à vin.

Sans mot !!! Le menu dégustation 7 service était nettement au dessus de mes attentes ! Tout était pensé dans le moindre détail, plat savoureux, portion généreuse, belle présentation. L'ambiance chic mais à la fois chaleureuse & conviviale nous a fait encore plus apprécier notre expérience. Je conseille vivement
