Excellent choix de vin, pour l'accord mets-vin. Sommelier super intéressant, nous a même fait visiter son cellier, fantastique. Par contre, sur 5 services, seulement 2 plats ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les 3 autres, nous ont grandement déçus, manque de goût & plats très peu recherchés. Dommage pour le prix. Car le service était impeccable, l'endroit super contemporain & chic!

Magnifique découverte. La nourriture & le service sont impeccables. Mention spéciale à notre serveuse Nadine & à Samuel le sommelier. L'expérience d'accords vins/ mets rehausse le repas.

Sorry but it is a one star for service. Manageress was completely unflexible when we asked for a minor adjustment to the menu. With customer spending around 300 $ on dinner the shocking stubborn & unhelpful attitude was too much to accept. Really left a bad impression on us!! Maybe restaurant owner can intervene, or learn from this. It's a shame because the food was really outstanding in taste & presentation.

Beautiful experience, the staff was very professional & very knowledgeable about the extended wine list & the menu & ingredients. We tried the tasting menu & enjoyed every single plate, each one original & contrasting with the previous one ! Definitely recommend the place, the professional staff & top food !

The food & service is always beyond our expectations at H3. Zack especially is very attentive & always makes sure every aspect is absolutely perfect from the table you're seated at to the temperature of the food. Nothing but great things to say about this restaurant, whether for breakfast or dinner!

Une très belle surprise que cette nouvelle table de Montréal qui propose une cuisine de grande qualité, une cave remarquable & un excellent service.
Beaux décors dans cet immense immeuble HUMANITI combinant l'hôtellerie & le résidentiel & j'ai hâte d'essayer la terrasse à la saison d'été 2022 !
