Wonderful ambiance, perfect service & amazing food by guest Chef Sylvestre Hervieux-Pinette. We loved his take on inuit fusion with 7 very different courses, photogenic presentation & complex tastes & texture. The accompanying Québec wine pairing selection perfectly complemented the food. A memorable start to Montréal en lumière! A great big shout-out to the h3 team for pulling this together on such a short notice, 10 days ago restaurants were not even allowed to be open due the ongoing pandemic.

Pas assez de oompfff ! Nourriture servi froide malgré un service excellent. Nourriture un peu décevante. Des toutes petites crêpes chargées 20 &
