Belle expérience, comme d'habitude. On a choisi ce restaurant pour notre rencontre de Noël avec des collègues. Très bonne nourriture & excellent service de la part de notre serveur William.
Loved the oysters & wagyu beef to start with. The ricotta cavatelli was fantastic. My favorite dish of my whole trip. H3 also has an extensive wine list. They also offer a white & red tasting flight (3 small each) that was fun & informative.
Difficile de donner un avis sur un endroit que l'on connait bien, dans lequel je vais au moins aux deux semaines. & pourtant a chaque fois, c'est le meme plaisir. La nourriture est bonne (certains plats mieux que d'autres : le Saumon fondant, beurre blanc au wasabi, raisins, salicorne est une merveille, de meme pour les tartelettes de homard, le burger est quant a lui'classique' & ne mérite peut être pas qu'on s'y attarde). Le service est magnifique: souriant, attentif, jamais pressant ou obséqieux. La carte des vins est selon moi la plus belle en ville avec près de 1500 references. Bref, tout est la pour passer un bon moment. Une belle bouteille de vin (180$), un cocktail, un repas copieux pour 4 personnes: 470$ tx & services inclus.
We were part of one of two large groups for a holiday lunch. Colleagues seemed to enjoy their food though some mentioned that the salmon tataki, though tasty, didn't live up to its billing. It was generally felt that at least one more server might have made the service more even given the wait times for certain dishes & drinks (unfortunate since the restaurant is known for its impressive wine list). Busboys had to go above & beyond which was appreciated & most people on the floor appeared happy to be there. It's a difficult time of year for both service industry staff as well as diners splurging on a meal.

Food was good, but service was not. Ordered a 5 course meal, but only received 2 & after waiting an hour I became frustrated. The atmosphere became uncomfortable with the terrible music. The manager was quite apologetic, but I don't like being called'sweetie'? Nope.
Expérience mémorable. Ma conjointe & moi sommes de grands amateurs de vins & leur carte des vins est la raison de notre visite. Tout de même, l'expérience culinaire est sans reproche, le personnel accueillant & compétent. Nous avons adoré le service personnalisé de la sommelière en chef. Nous reviendrons lors de nos futurs voyage dans la métropole!

Superbe table aux goûts recherchés. La deco est belle, l'endroit est vitré & ouvert sur la ville, le personnel est tres accueillant. Choix de vins impressionnant. Les prix sont a l'avenant. Pour une belle experience culinaire, c'est une belle trouvaille. J'y retournerai.
Le restaurant était très bon. Toutefois, la serveuse a commis une erreur en nous servant un cocktail au lieu d'un mocktail. Elle l'a remplacé, mais c'est une faute importante sachant que, pour des raisons éthiques & religieuses, nous ne consommons pas d'alcool. Cette erreur a malheureusement gâché une partie de notre expérience au H3, car nous avons bu un peu du verre avant de nous en rendre compte. Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié.
Excellent resto! Découvert lors de Montréal à table. Les plats sont délicieux! Le plat qui a eu le plus de succès est : cavatellis aux champignons. Le cadre est vraiment chouette. Leur cave à vin est très belle & bien garnie!
