Excellent soirée. Chacun des plats était un festival de saveur & de raffinement. Un chef de grand talent & une serveuse sympathique & professionnelle. De loin notre meilleur restaurant des dernières années. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Magnifique cuisine, originale (la brochette de poulpe & de cochon est a tomber par terre...). La cave a vins est la plus exceptionnelle jamais vu sur Montreal. Leslie & Amelie sont deux sommelières passionnées qui vous feront passer des moments inoubliables quel que soit votre envie & votre budget.

Une équipe extraordinaire qui s'eat prêtée au jeu afin de surprendre ma conjointe ppur son anniversaire. Service incroyable, des plats savoureux & d'une présentation sans repriche! C'était une 2e expérience pour moi là-bas & cette fois-ci avec un groupe de 14 personnes plutôt qu'en couple. Je n'ai que des fleurs à ofrrir à ce resto qui se doit de devenir un incontournable de Montréal!

Nous avons toutes été très satisfaites par la nourriture & le service. Nous n'avons pas senti de pression pour consommer plus. & je dois aussi mentionner que nous avions la possibilité de donner un pourboire de 15,18,etc %. Ce qui devient rare présentement dans la restauration. On commence souvent à 18%, on semble avoir oublié le 15% pré covid 19. Merci à tous.

Une heureuse surprise! Trouver une bonne table au dernier moment à Montréal, qui plus est un lundi, est parfois difficile. De ce fait, voyant qu'il n'y avait aucune difficulté à en trouver une au H3, que je ne connaissais pas, m'a fait hésiter, malgré les avis très positifs. La surprise n'en est que plus heureuse. Ambiance lounge, sereine & intimiste, service impeccable, carte très intéressante & mets très fins. Nous sommes repartis enchantés & conquis. Ne changez pas!

Delectable St-Valentine's day menu for two, with Thomas in charge of our table.
Finding the restaurant from the main entrance of the hotel is a hassle, as there are no indications at that level.
I had to line up at the registration desk for indications. The concierge was not at his desk.
