C'est la première fois que je dîne au H3. La seule petite chose que j'apprécie moins c'est qu'il n'y ait qu'un menu du jour. J'aurais préféré qq plats à la carte. Mais tout le monde a bcp apprécié la qualité de la nourriture. Un merci spécial pour avoir accommodé les quatre enfants. & surtout gros merci à Leslie pour ta patience :)

Notre serveur Andy s'est avéré très sympathique, il a respecté notre momentum - car nous n'étions pas pressé & nous avons également bénéficié d'une surprise - dégustation du dessert dans le cellier. Magnifique décor, chaleureux & convivial. À essayer les yeux fermés.

Nouveau menu dégustation, mais toujours le même bonheur. Tous les sens sont comblés, chaque plat est original, équilibré, délicat & un délice pour l'oeil. Service toujours exceptionnel. Je crois bien que j'y reviendrai :)
